This was the answer after a stressful week for my new college student and I and Hera Head Spa will forever be our place to go to from this moment on. It was the most luxurious calming peaceful relaxing nearly out of body experience in our lives. The state of relaxation truly cannot be described with words. Even coming out of that state of relaxation takes time and providing a nice (hot or cold) tea with tea biscuits in a room where you can then relax and pamper your hair with all the Dyson tools and all the hair products you can imagine ended our unforgettable time here on the absolute highest note. We did not want to leave and already cannot wait for our next experience here. Tammy and Katie were amazing!!

I’ve been to quite a few head spas in the few area. I thought I’d give this one a shot but have always been reluctant due their high prices.
Pros: you feel fancy since you get a robe, body cover, and some cheap slippers. You also get a locker and some tea/cookies at the end.
- my hair girl was super sweet
Cons:
- nickel and dime to death. My go to spot has mostly everything included for $90. This spot even charges for hair drying, face mask, scalp massage, etc. if I wanted everything I usually get here, it would have cost $300+. And I only did the 40 minute one.
- no pressure or feeling like my scalp actually got cleaned. I put a 4 out of 5 pressure and I feel like I put a 1.

Overall I think the cost is way too much for what you get. It’s just a fancy looking place. Save some money and go to a more hole in the wall one

This was my first time going to a head spa and on my birthday and let me tell you ! Everything from the very moment I walked in was very welcoming! While doing the scalp analysis everything was explained throughly and all questions were answered. The scalp massage and facial was so relaxing, everything about it was amazing! Definitely would recommend coming here I loved it! What a relaxing way to start my day!

After a super helpful and informative scalp/hair analysis, my consultant recommended the basic shampoo with scalp exfoliation and treatment for dandruff & psoriasis. I get flares from stress due to work. The process was so relaxing that I was drifting in and out of sleep. They used a Dyson hair straightener and gave me hot tea and biscuits after. My hair came out feeling so soft and healthy. Annie did an amazing job. Highly recommend this facility and service! Very professional and pampering.

Everyone is so kind and welcoming here. They do a scalp analysis to let you know what you need to work on. The spa services were so relaxing and my hair has never felt better. Highly recommend!

Came here for a friends birthday in April and ended up liking it so much I brought my husband here for his birthday. HERA is wonderful and hits the nail on the head every time. Prices are a bit high, but the service quality really makes up for it. I wouldn’t do this as regularly as I would my nails, but once every 6 or so months for a special occasion? Absolutely. As for my husband, he has already planned our next appointment ?.

Overall it was an OK experience, though I’ve never been to a head spa before. The pricing is really high, I will agree with others. I paid $145 for 1 hour and after they assessed my scalp, they tried to sell me on extra services, which I declined. In my opinion, the scalp analysis should include ALL treatment they feel is necessary, especially if spending $145! To be honest, a close up of look of your scalp that zoomed in is almost always going to show “irritation”, so I feel like this is just a sales tactic. The shampooing was kinda awful honestly and that’s where the lower rating for me comes in. Very rough, scraping of fingernails the entire time and the worst part was they wore rubber gloves which pulled my hair several times. The scraping was so intense it made my scalp feel raw and irritated. The shampooing is supposed to be relaxing, this was far from it. Even with gloves, I could feel the scraping of my scalp. I unfortunately would not recommend this spa and will not be returning.

The ultimate head spa experience was the most relaxing thing ever! 1.5 hours of pure bliss, I almost (maybe) fell asleep because it was so relaxing. I went in with my mom and we were amazed by the process. We were treated to a true spa experience with the beautiful ambiance. Don’t hesitate to book with Quinn and Katie, they were fantastic!
