This was absolutely the best massage I've ever experienced. Darlene is a true magician! She completely melted away my tension and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. I even treated myself to the sculpt massage add-on, and it was an amazing way to pamper myself. The front desk staff at SpaVela were also incredibly sweet and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

SpaVela itself is stunning! The entire spa is beautifully decorated and creates such a serene atmosphere. I loved relaxing in the steam room, sauna, and the comfy lounge areas after my treatment. SpaVela is a true oasis, and I can't wait to return for another pampering session!

I had a massage and scrub today with Valerie. To start, The spa is beautiful, clean and the booking process was easy.

Valerie did a great job. She was attentive, and used the perfect pressure for the massage. 100% recommend booking with her!

The 80 minute option was the perfect amount of time. It was nice having the shower in the room for rinsing the scrub off.

I can't wait to come back and try the other amenities.

Terrible experience. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and the company shut down their location a week later with no notice. Certificate is not expired. The owner owns Vela Spa in Flower Mound as well and staff manager Kristi stated “sorry we will not honor it” we decided to stop honoring those gift cards “and hung up on me. This is fraud and I would not trust this would not happen again. Business ethics are questionable and not very pleasant when discussing a refund or services honored. Gift Certificate is a high priced amount and to only be told there is nothing they are willing to do to make this right. I would not recommend using this spa. Very poor business practices.
*Responding to owner response that also owned Grand Spa that shut down without notice. When I called your office , I was told that they would be accepting the gift card but would have to pay for additional services to use or dispute the charges and they would authorize the dispute. So if this is a different company than grand spa, why were you honoring it and then proceeded to tell me that you guys decided not to do it any longer after I was notified your company denied the dispute and charge added back to credit card after another 90 days. I was also told whoever bought the gift gift card would’ve received an email while I’m not that person since I received it from my birthday and I was never informed.. I find it very confusing that “if you’re not in relation to your other spa” why were you honoring the gift cards asking for additional services to be added on top of the amount for the gift card balance. My gift card was for one year and the person who purchased for me was not notified you where closing the next week. I was told by Spa Vela due to rental issues they closed the sister spa. I have been scammed by your companies and given different information than your response. I warn anyone to not purchase gift cards for services due to not honoring them. They will just shut down and move to another company name to steal your money.

Absolutely LOVE SpaVela and everyone there!! From the minute you walk in they are welcoming and genuinely kind. Everyone feels like a friend ♥️ The staff is always knowledgeable and considerate. Luane runs a top notch spa, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Even if I moved to another state I would fly in just to get my massage here. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, they really care about you and always make you feel welcomed. You cannot beat this experience, truly wonderful people. Gwen is top tier! Cannot recommend this place enough. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

I always have a wonderful experience here. Jeanie is great for therapeutic massages. You will leave refreshed and feeling your best. Leily is great for facials. I highly recommend the hydro facial. The facilities are top notch and the customer service is a 5/5.

The ladies in my family went to SpaVela for a Mother's Day celebration and we had all had a really incredible experience! Bri did my Swedish massage and Whitney did my facial. They were both amazing, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be back! 🙂
