Lauren is a true gift! Went in for my first massage and reiki experience and it was amazing and exactly what my body needed. Lauren was able to guide me through the whole process and all of her insight was very applicable to my life. The massage was amazing. I feel like a weight has been lifted. Highly recommend.

I had my first in person reiki and massage session with Lauren, the owner of the spa, and it was a great experience.

The set up of the spa is serene and calm. I knew I mommy chakras needed a lot of balancing… the experience was so helpful and Lauren was so nice.

The spa is in a great part of Dallas and easy to access.

Visited sage roots the other day. I received a 90 minute massage and reiki session. WOOOW I can not describe how amazing Lauren is. The massage was relaxing with nice music. But her reading was spot on! Definitely left feeling lighter and clear headed. Thank you again Lauren.

I just finished a 2 hr mind and body healing experience with Lee. I was blown away! The massage was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Lee really focused on my troubled hip and thigh and broke up lots of fascia and tightness. Her Reiki Healing was incredible! She became so intuned with my energy and opened up my spirit which had been blocked by some trauma. I could feel the healing and warmth soaking in. I’ve already made future appointments with Lee! 5 stars!!!

I went here for the 1st time today and I got a reiki massage with Eo Lee. She was absolutely amazing! I haven't had a session done since 2022, so my energy was off.
