I enjoyed the entire experience at Perspire. It is clean and bright and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I have never been to a sauna studio before and I was excited to see that you get your own private room. The room has space for you to undress and put your things and is well equipped with towels, a tv with multiple streaming apps, and of course your very own sauna.
Within the sauna you can control the temperature, whether you want red light therapy, and can choose an additional color for color light therapy. I loved every minute! I left my session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Pretty nice place. Prices aren’t absurd like other businesses I researched. They do have subscription packages but since I was visiting the area I didn’t really look to see what the value was. Another nice feature is that couples can share a sauna. I wish each room had a shower but understand that would add to the cost. Showers are available to subscribers of packages but I’m not sure if that means a sauna room with its own shower or if it’s a separate room.

Phenomenal experience. I loved it. You get your own private room, changing area, TV, sound and the infrared sauna with adjustable lighting therapy. Super clean. They provide you with 3 towels. One for your head to rest on, one for the bench to lay on and one for the floor to step on. I got I really good sweat after my session. They have a water filling station and a small fridge with miscellaneous hydration drinks to purchase. One of the rooms they have available is larger that accommodates two people and has an area for showering. After your 40 minute session they also provide you with a eucalyptus cold towel that is refreshing and tops off the experience. Highly recommend. If you are a fan of sauna sessions and don't enjoy the community sauna at gyms, this is the perfect solution for you.

This was something I never sat thinking I would ever need in my life, yet thanks to a friend for sharing with me I find myself enjoying a monthly membership and reaping the health benefits from each session. If you don’t know anything about this type of sauna call them! They will share their knowledge and you can try it for the first time at $20! They also take FSA cards, so now you can pay through your medical insurance flexible spending account. No excuse not to take care of yourself. They have two locations. Winter Park and Lake Mary. The owner Julie is such a sweet soul! Her spirit is so calming and she is incredibly passionate about her business. As she should be, because it’s wonderful. Her brother is adorable and can be seen helping out as well. I love places that include family. I see both men and women regularly experiencing this form of healthy living. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with peace and relaxation. Mention this review when you go in so Julie knows how much word of mouth is paying off. Women supporting women in business! I do not receive credit for anything I say, I simply want to share places I love with others that I believe can benefit from adding Perspire Sauna to their healthy living routine.

Loved this place until I needed to cancel my membership. Just a word of warning to anyone considering a membership: If you are not 110% positive that you will use all your sessions, DO NOT get the memberships. Sessions only rollover for a certain amount of months before they expire. So you’ll lose them if you don’t catch up by then. Also, if you ever need to cancel, you will lose ALL your accumulated sessions. No such thing as canceling and then finishing off the remaining sessions THAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. The sessions will expire on your next billing date. So if you have 6 sessions and cancel 2 days before your billing date then you only have 2 days to use 6 sessions. Impractical. But if you use all your sessions every month then this won’t bother you. But if you start to fall behind, this policy will frustrate you and make you feel swindled. Thanks!

Great experience overall, from the ambience to cleanliness of facility.

Also the online aspect was great. Able to find this location online. Set up on the app and book next day. Staff was great Leah welcomed us in and explained everything to a T. Transparency is always instrumental for a first time customer.

The session was amazing, needed to take a relaxing break to meditate and detox and this was exactly what I got. Normally would use the gym sauna after a workout to unwind and relax the muscles. Recently all the gyms have closed and led me to looking for a stand alone sauna option.

This experience is nothing I would ever imagined. Night and day as far as ambience, hygiene and customer service I’ve ever experienced.

We decided to go with a package althoughj we called a few times and unable to get through when we finally did Daniel did a great job of setting up our package.Excited to be a new customer and looking forward to experience to come.

Such an incredible and calming experience. They have crafted these small rooms into a wonderfully tranquil environment. I was able to do a full 40 minutes of meditation, and had full control of the room/heat the whole time from where I was sitting. Will be back without a doubt!
