I have visited the facility on several occasions and have never been disappointed! The home is tastefully decorated and the floors are always shining! Excellent food! Great Leadership from the Administrator and Director of Nursing and it filters on down to all the staff.

One of the best home away from home for your loves ones, the staff members are fantastic top tier. Clean and welcoming environment they go above and beyond to ensure all needs are being met and they treat all residents with kindness, respect, compassion and most of all they respect your privacy I had a family member who stayed with them and the care was phenomenal.

My Dad spent most of his last few months there; for rehab after a fall, out for a few weeks, then back as an in-patient at his end of life. The staff was very good and he seemed to like it there (which was itself amazing!). The extra care given by the Director of Nursing & entire staff, especially toward the end, we so much appreciated. Wanted to especially thank Courtney also, for her concern and efforts to help us, and to get us together with Hospice when we really needed what they alone were able to provide!

Amazing staff,very helpful,friendly always greet people at the door. What I enjoy most is how they treat my parents and other patients and the facility is safe. So none of the patients can wonder out and nobody can just walk in. Thanks for all your hard teamwork.

Everyone at this facility is so amazing and always smiling ! I love that!!! The also show compassion and concern for both the patient and family! Always checking in to see if everything is ok or anything that they need! My mom told me the 2nd day she was there to look no further for another place( one that was closer to me) as she said same as I did that it was great! Thank you ALL for being so caring!?

I'm a new employee here the minute, I walked in the door. I knew this was the place for me to provide my quality cna skills to the residents. This just felt like home for me. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming from staff to administration. I'm so happy to be here.

I wouldn’t send my dog to this facility!! My dad was treated horribly. An 82 year old does not know how to use a smart TV!! He was put in a bed and left there, he was brought food and was given the option to put on clean clothes. A person with dementia does not know when they showered or changed and needs direction not options!!! He had on two pairs of underwear. His clothes (brand new) came home with holes in them and he was only there two weeks. I was misinformed regarding Medicaid and was told they would help me apply then because he was being discharged they wouldn’t, BUT if I kept him in there as SELF PAY then they could help me apply for him!! IF he was approved then he wouldn’t have to pay but if he wasn’t approved “they would work something out with me”. They “assessed “ his mental state but then did NOT follow up with a diagnosis. The social activity mentioned is non existent. Pet therapy as mentioned on the internet is not allowed (things change I understand but update your information!!) The hairdresser and barber is also non existent. The room was two beds and one bedside table(not on my dads part) nothing on the walls, no pictures or anything!! Nothing to inform family of who is caring for the patient!! I went to the nurses station and was met with a very disgruntled nurse who was rude and mean when I asked a question!! The padded mat that was suppose to be on the floor next to the bed was up against a wall. The rolling table was rusted, the bathroom floor was filthy and food was disgusting!! Please love your family and save them from this facility!

One of the few facilities that doesn't feel understaffed. Very friendly people. Why liked the fact the family and visitors could buy meals for $3 each which showed us to stay for longer times.
