I finally came to my first stretch + wellness and compression sessions and it was a great experience! Jasmine checked me in and explained all the benefits of my membership package and how to get the most out of my membership! i booked a stretch with Vivian and she was absolutely amazing!!! 5/5 stars to her! She focused on my problem areas and went about and was open to educating me on the things I was interested in. She went about and beyond to provide additional stretches and exercises I can be doing before and after my workout classes to improve my flexibility and mobility!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing compression therapy at One Sweat, and I must say it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, Jasmine's professionalism and genuine care elevated the entire session.
Jasmine's expertise in compression therapy was evident as she explained the process in a clear and reassuring manner. Her attention to detail and focus on my comfort made me feel at ease throughout the session.

I’m familiar with some previous ONESWEAT locations, and this one meets the same high quality standards. The team is very friendly and professional , the location is clean and I always leave feeling better than when I came in.

I was initially hesitant about the open concept, but it hasn’t made any negative impact on the quality of the recovery session. I recommend stretch sessions to my family, friends and anyone reading this.

I did both the compression and stretch. Isaiah was incredibly helpful and was knowledgeable about the body and muscular-skeletal system. Great attention to detail and I came out feeling much better. Will be back

I had an incredible stretch session with Juan and he did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and really helped me feel comfortable throughout the session.

Jasmine at the front desk was also super welcoming and efficient. The facility itself was clean and relaxing. I feel fantastic after the session, I have no more stiffness in my back & should. I can't wait to go back.
