I toured the clinic earlier this week with Brittany, the clinic manager.

I love that you are able to stay with your pet throughout the entirety of the visit. That is huge for me because my dog has a lot of anxiety and it helps for me to stay with him.

They truly have top tier equipment that I had never seen before in a veterinary clinic and I have been a pet owner the vast majority of my life.

I was SO impressed with the thoughtfulness that went into the design of this clinic. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend bringing your pet for a visit. All of my past vets pale in comparison.

We absolutely love Modern Animal! We have had to come in about 6 times this year, every time is a wonderful experience. All employees ant this location are kind and super caring, making every appointment comfortable for Cowboy and Mitski. Alex always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and the cats love him! Don’t be discouraged by the new modern aesthetic, they have the same warmth of a family owned business, they always remember us and really satisfy every desire I have in a vet! The love and positivity are the main reasons we will be Modern Animal clients forever! Thank you for having such fantastic company culture

Communicative, transparent, flexible, personally tailored care, affordable, nice clean facility, amble availability, calm/not rushed and minimal idle time during appointments. I am a new client, had been using another vet company for the last 7 years, have a recently rescued younger pup as well as an older dog, and am grateful to having found this clinic. (Due to their partnership with Dallas Animal Shelter). I have now switched my older dog to this clinic as well and am pleased.. especially with the service and affordability. The customer service is excellent and the facility is so clean, clutter free and calming which is great for anxiety ridden pets and pet parents. We have been going to this vet since we got our puppy in November and it is nothing short of amazing. Love the office, the app and the staff. Dr Christina Mastromonaco takes her time, lets you ask questions, fully explains things and sends the most detailed post care summaries after each appointment. She goes above and beyond each time.

We have also had the pleasure of having LVT, Alexis and Lucia assist us and both are amazing at what they do as well.

Cannot recommend Modern Animal enough!

Love this place. They offered me coffee at the door. Ensured the lobby was clear for my reactive dog. They did the entire visit in the room with us which I loved. The staff is incredibly sweet, professional and helpful. We can’t wait to go back! We can’t say that about any other Vet we’ve visited.

Modern Animal is an AMAZING vet clinic! Even for my very first visit when I moved to Texas I was able to make my appointment online and quickly answer some questions that allowed Modern Animal to contact my out-of-state vet for my dog’s records! The staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable, providing recommendations on other options for my dog’s allergies so I have choices. Also, their app is so awesome!! All of my dog’s records, upcoming appointments, previous appointments, and care instructions are in there! The vets and staff also messaged me through the app during my dog’s teeth cleaning and kept me up-to-date with how he’s doing and what’s happening! I love this place!!

Everyone at Modern Animal was so nice, and caring, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do. But Alex at Modern Animal is by far the most caring and attentive tech I have ever encountered. He made my visit so easy for me, considering I have two fairly large dogs (one of which is still a puppy so he was rambunctious) he made sure I, as well as my boys, were comfortable the whole time. All other vets I have been to, when it came time for shots or meds, they would take my boys to the back and do it there. I could almost always hear them whining and/or yelping and it always ate me up inside. Alex asked if I would like to stay in the room during their shots and that was just amazing for me. He brought everything in and gave the medicine and shots right there with me present so there was absolutely zero added stress to my boys. When he trimmed their nails, there was no holding them down or muzzling them or any stress to it. He had another tech come in to assist and they actually use the little peanut butter lick pads while they trim their nails! I have another very fearful/pretty aggressive dog at home that I DREAD taking to the vet because he gets so stressed and scared. After todays visit I will 100% be bringing him here for everything. I am so grateful Modern Animal has opened up here in Dallas and I am so happy I gave them a chance. Now vet visits wont be nearly as stressful for me or my boys!
