This place is a scam—stay away! They won’t provide clear information about even the basic charges for a doctor’s visit. The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked my questions, she simply told me to ask Social Security instead of providing any answers. It’s outrageous that she can’t even tell me how much a doctor’s visit costs. How often do people see a doctor and only find out about their bills afterward? This is unacceptable. Why is this allowed? I can’t help but wonder how many others have had the same experience with this receptionist. I’m furious, especially as someone who was homeless just two weeks ago and is now being exploited by a place that should be offering support.

Some Rose lady hung up on me and gave me plenty of attitude while I was trying to schedule my appointment.Very unprofessional. Then last time I came in the nurse didn’t even share my results from two different test. One of them was COVID and she just walked me out. Then when I wanted to leave a complaint because I found that very unprofessional as well the manager on duty said she couldn’t do anything about it. What place doesn’t tell you the results and when you complain about it says they can’t mention it to the nurse to be a better nurse

probably one of the worst in the business.. administration wise..seem to have no communication skills. we traveled to Houston for an appt to only be told it was not registered. no return calls.. appointing you to doctors that aren't even there any more..It's just one issue after another..and no one seems to care..at all!

Never told me they require you to be 45 minutes in advance as a new patient. Drove there for no reason and they wouldn't let me in. Place is also run down and dilapidated. Seems like a lot of doctors leave this place due to the large number of indigents in Galveston.

I'm in Galveston Texas. I'm an older woman with no money or insurance. If you need an extraction, do yourself a favor and do it yourself. They will make you wait months while trying to get you to see other doctors for random reasons. It's all about money here. People have been pulling their own teeth for thousands of years. Don't let the government-ran clinics decide for you. I never had any issues whatsoever in Colorado. But here.....it would take a book to describe how horrible health care is on this island.

Sadly after waiting months for an appointment. I was told to enter thru incorrect doors. When I arrived at the correct entrance I staff to finish taking photos of the door I was advised to call the number to check in. my appointment was then canceled because I checked in 6 min after my appointment time! Very sad.
