Such a great experience today! I came in to try the cold plunge and was pleasantly surprised to learn about so many new recovery options. Tarek was super knowledgeable and gave a thorough tour of the facility. The sound therapy was super neat and exactly what I needed today. I also tried the red light therapy-solid, leg compression to help with a Muay Thai injury-amazing & then finished off with the cold bath-freezing. Highly recommend you check this spot out! Great facility with great people!

This place is incredible. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I love it. I initially came for the vibe bed (which I highly recommend for anyone who has ptsd or enjoys sound healing). I now also use the red light, hydrogen therapy, and just tried the amp coil today. I have never been disappointed after a session and often will fall asleep from sheer relaxation. Cyrus is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, every therapy he has recommended for me has been a winner. He clearly has an unmatched level of expertise and is always very welcoming. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Top class facility and kind, knowledgeable staff that knows exactly what you need! I love all the therapies especially flo-presso lymphatic drainage, hyberbaric, pemf pulse, as well as red light therapy and infrared sauna/cold plunge combo! I use weekly to bi-weekly to keep my body and mind in optimum condition! Best for maintaining peak performance, reducing stress, inflammation, pain relief and anti-aging. Highly recommend as apart of your wellness and self-care practice!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at ALBI. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I visited Albi Wellness with coworkers in part of a work outing & loved all the many services I had the chance to try. My favorites so far are the PEMF mat & amp coil. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff also, can’t wait to return!

First and foremost I want to say a huge thank you to the owner Tarikh for his hospitality and going above and beyond not only for myself but also for all my friends today that I made on my first visit today. I came in for the ozone sauna which was a 10/10 heavy sweat nice detox session. Then I was able to try the cold plunge for the first time which was an exhilarating experience. Before I left, me and my now new friends were given a tour of the facility and invited to try other services available like the vibration machine and meditation beds which were both 10/10 experience. The meditation beds along with the music created such a sought after relaxation state and the vibration machine is quick and effective. I’ve already decided to start incorporating ALBI into my life style and have had the most wonderful experience that words can’t describe. Definitely give it a shot the next chance you get and indulge yourself. Thank you again and see you soon !!!!!!!!!

As far as Houston wellness centers go this is my go to ? Seriously though, as a wellness professional and trainer I know how important recovery is which is why I utilize the cold plunge and infrared sauna at Albi. Mentally it just gets me right and if I’m dealing with a lot of inflammation the fire and ice helps me recover so much faster. The crew at Albi is top notch. They truly care about us clients and are experts in the wellness field. There’s so much that you can explore at this place and the connections you make will open up a new world you didn’t even know existed. This is the future of health and recovery. Not some pills and procedures from the Industrial pharmaceutical and Medical industries.
