I first started going to Massage Envy for massages. Then I decided to try a facial and I’m sold! Tony does a great job giving me a nice, relaxing facial. She is very knowledgeable and professional and I really enjoy my time with her. The hour flys by and I come out relaxed and my skin looks and feels so much better! If you’ve never pampered yourself with a facial I highly recommend Tony!

Came in for massage for my birthday, hoping for a relaxing massage. The therapist talked the entire time. Never stopping-I heard about her career, shoes, back problems, extracurriculars in acupuncture and grounding. I have very full life and wanted one hour of massage and peace. Got 5min during undressing and dressing. My legs and and feet got 5 min tops. Just wild for $70 massage. She was kind and decent but what a waste of my birthday gift of relaxation.

I I’m someone who enjoys getting massages at least twice a month, and I had an amazing therapist in Key West who really knew how to tackle my tension points. As a chef who’s always on the go - I need help with my lower back and shoulders . Never going back to this place again in my life. Costumer service is horrible. I had to cancel my appointment since me and my son got a respiratory virus and they are charging me either way or having me come in sick.
On my opinion if this place was honest they will either change the day to when I feel better or reimburse the money.
There should be reasons( like sickness) where people should be able to cancel their appoinment . They made some money today but lost a client that could have brought them way more business.
