This location refused to honor a sign they have in their window offering extra $20 when you purchase $100 in gift cards. They said it doesn't start for 2 more days although nothing on the sign says so. Manager, Bibi Figueroa refused to honor the promotion that is advertised. No compromise was offered.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Massage Envy. My friend and I booked a 60-MINUTE massage session, but it turned out to be a frustrating 30-MINUTE session. We anticipated being 15 minutes late and called the shop in advance to explain. However, what unfolded left us utterly dissatisfied.

After we arrived and completed our massages, we realized that the session lasted only 30 minutes instead of the full hour we paid for. When we brought this up with the front desk, the receptionist was shockingly rude and impatient. She incorrectly claimed that we were 30 minutes late, which was absolutely not true—we were only 15 minutes late, as we had clearly communicated beforehand.

When we tried to clarify, the receptionist then argued that their policy includes 10 minutes at the beginning and 10 minutes at the end for preparation and changing. This was never mentioned during the booking process, and even if it’s their policy, it does not justify cutting our massage time in half. We paid for a SIXTY-MINUTE massage and received only THIRTY MINUTES of actual service.

This kind of bad customer service and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. We came here to relax and instead left feeling cheated and frustrated. I would never recommend Massage Envy to anyone and will certainly never visit this place again.

This is the best Massage Envy location I have been to. I moved down from DC and have been trying to find a good location for the past 7 months. The front desk is always kind and friendly, in person and over the phone. The therapists are very good and very professional and I am so happy I have found the one that is perfect for me! Love this place!

John is absolutely excellent. His bed side manor and expertise with anatomy and natural healing is the best I’ve seen. Hands down he is to be recognized for his ability to engage and promote healing. I have had great therapists at massage envy but none compare to his technique, knowledge and massage skill.

Massages are 50 minutes not a full hour. O gave 4 vs 5 star because my appointment was moved from 10am to 11 am . I planned my day according to a 10 am massage. I would have liked for another massage tech to attended me as having to rearrange and cancel other appointments because Massage Envy decided to move my appointment. And the compensation.....oil added to massage....it left me feeling devalued as a paying client.

Had a great 90 minute facial. Will go back. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Katasha gave me a great facial.

It should be required of staff to notify their customers 24 hours ahead if there's a change in staffing, especially if knowing that there was an issue days beforehand. I should not have to call to confirm an appointment at four o'clock in the afternoon when my appointment is scheduled for 12 the next day.

I was understanding, and okay with switching to a different time that day, until I got lied to about why they failed to notify me earlier. (I only knew of the issue because of a friend who had the same issue the day before. She's the only reason that I bothered to call at all. Anyone who hasn't been to massage envy before wouldn't know that they send out confirmation emails and texts USUALLY 24 hours before. Not getting the text this morning was a red flag for one.

My choices for appointment replacements were either during rush hour in the AM or the PM, or giving me a masseuse who last time cut my time by twenty minutes. (late getting me to the room and ending ten minutes early).

If they knew this was going to be a problem I should've been notified earlier than I was. I could've even come in today if they'd told me when they knew of the problem on Tuesday. Its lack of planning and care, for a place that's supposed to offer relaxation, that upsets me.

I LOVE MY FACIAL DAYS all thanks to the best technician Karen, she’s amazing and really professional.I’ve struggled with acne since young and my skin has never felt better. I always feel very happy and satisfied with her work. It’s obvious the experience and professionalism from her I feel like I get my time and moneys worth since she makes it feel like a luxurious spa experience , she also includes some AMAZING massages that just keeps me coming back! Not only do I get out with my face feeling clean and looking radiant but also feeling stress free and relaxed. The lady’s at the front are very sweet and make me feel welcome. Thank you !!
