My new favorite place!! I wish everyone experiences the Harmonic Egg at least once. All my sessions so far have been profoundly transformative and deeply healing. Kadi and her team are the most wonderful people with vast knowledge. I would recommend anyone trying this technology, especially at this particular center.

Surprisingly, this is not something I would normally think I would try to help with my headaches and inflammation from a bad fall a few years ago, but I figured why not. I don’t like to be on constant medication and if this can help me avoid that it was worth giving it a chance.

The first session was definitely relaxing and I can’t say for sure if I felt a big improvement right away but I wanted to try at least a few sessions before moving on to some other type of treatment.

Now, several sessions later, I am hooked. I have noticed a change in my headaches to a much lower level and inflammation in my head has significantly reduced. In addition, my energy levels are much higher.

Zach, Hannah, Kadi and Jenny are all very focused on researching your specific issues and helping you in any way they can. They are problem solvers. I really am a huge fan and think there is something to this healing method.

I have never had a more powerful energy healing experience. When leaving my first appointment much of my joint pain and overall tension in my body released. I have experienced chronic pain for almost 8 years and it was 70% better. I have had three total sessions so far and have felt improvement in different ways every time.

I arranged a remote session for my 5 year old son. He seemed calmer and more balanced after the session.

Overall, the experience including the staff has been incredible. I definitely encourage anyone who is considering this energy healing to try it. You will not be disappointed.

First off, the people that work there have been amazing! They listened & did everything possible to make sure we have the best experience possible. They were patient & very non-judgmental. They helped going there to be enjoyable because of their spirit & energy. Thank you! ? As far as the Harmonic Egg, tbh, I was hoping for more. I've been meditating for some years and the Harmonic Egg was a great experience. I probably went in with too high of expectations. I can't take my personal issues & blame it on the Egg. It was a good experience overall. The music & acoustics were really nice & felt like it was inside of me. There were times I felt that I was about to be transformed. Maybe my own blocks affected me from experiencing more. But, it was still a good experience. It helped my friend that used to be suspicious & disbelieving to be a little more open to the "Woo woo" stuff. Thank you.

Walking into my first session, I carried a constant pain in my shoulder, we’ll say a 6/10 with occasional jolts of agony, and a general feeling of "brain fog." My joints ached, and a heavy weight seemed to pull me down. After just one session in the Harmonic Egg, that shoulder pain diminished to almost non existent, I no longer have a constant pain in my shoulder. The brain fog is starting to heal and I just simply feel better.
But the real magic happened in my second session. No one thinks of the grimy and gross emotions as magic but for me, it was an emotional earthquake, a purge of pent-up emotions I didn't even know I carried. It wasn't easy, but that next week was undeniably cathartic. Imagine a 55-gallon barrel with sludge and negativity stewing in the bottom, that's what my emotional landscape felt like. But my third session, it was as if someone cleaned it out, filled it with pure, clear, love. An indescribable wave of unconditional love washed over me, cleansing my entire system. It wasn't just temporary relief; it was a very powerful transformation.
The Harmonic Egg has been a powerhouse tool in healing for me. It's more than just relaxation; it's a journey of reclaiming my body and soul. Every session, every sound that is used and every color you are engulfed in is a step closer to the best version of myself, and I can't wait to continue this journey

I have done over 10 sessions in the harmonic eggs as of now, and plan on many more. I have been a participant in many different styles of therapy, and the harmonic eggs have been a surprise to me. They are beautifully gentle and noticeably effective. Anyone looking for greater alignment, or subtle shifts in energy or mindset will benefit from the egg sessions. Or just as a “tune up” for the person involved in wholistic self care. And using the eggs at Bene Esse, you can rest assured that you’ll be very cared for by the staff. Amazing experience.

I’ve done 7 total sessions in the egg and each one has been just so wonderful. It was always the highlight of my week and if I happened to miss a weekly appt. It was well felt throughout my week. Would recommend to anyone at least worth a shot if you’re interested just do it worse comes to worse you get an incredible meditation in. The staff are all extremely lovely, friendly and great and add to the whole experience. 10/10

I loved my experiences in the Harmonic Egg. I can’t put my finger on It exactly. But it was notable… remarkable, really

I felt as relaxed as I ever have in my life. On my first one. It was very meditative. With a few bouts of stretchiness in my arms and legs. And I remember feeling a certain warm energy around some of my old scars and wounds of the years.

My second Experience was different, and that it was more cerebral And just like a nap or maybe Yoga Nidra might be. Very nice, I felt myself Getting dehydrated, so it was nice when they offered the electrolytes afterwards certainly needed

I was reticent to be clear, but I went back a second time and I have plans for a third. I’m glad I jumped at this.
