This place was just what we needed! My wife and I visited Enlighten Wellness for our 18-year wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We booked the salt float for my wife and a massage for me. She said the salt float was such a peaceful experience! Whitney was my massage therapist, and it was seriously the best massage I have ever had! She was super nice and very professional! We love Park City, and we will definitely be back to treat ourselves here again! Parking spots were easy to find, and it's in a great location! Thank you again! We will be back soon!

COME PRACTICE HERE! I cannot say enough positive things about this studio. You walk through the door and immediately feel loved and welcomed. All the teachers bring their own unique style and knowledge of the practice. They literally have something for everyone! Thank you Enlighten for being such a staple for this community!!!

Brandi's hot flow has been my favorite yoga class I've found after 4 years of practicing! The flow has some Bikram inspiration but with an awesome playlist that syncs up to each flow. I'm no longer in Park City and miss this class so much!

As a Park City , local realtor, I absolutely love Enlighten wellness! Brandy is one of my favorite instructors and teaches a hot flow class that is a blend of Bikram yoga and Vinyasa. The community at a Enlighten Wellness is one that is close and very inclusive. They sell locally sourced, candles, and honey and clothing ! They run special events all the time making at a very diverse offering. If you are looking for a hot yoga class and studio, I would definitely recommend checking it out.

I feel so blessed to have stumbled upon Enlightened Wellness. I haven’t yet taken a class that I haven’t loved. Sculpt is my jam but I have recently started to fall in love with Hot Flow….. Hot flow reminds me a lot like bikrams yoga or 26/2. It’s an hour vs 90min. There’s music which makes it so much easier to work through and it’s soooo much more fun. Yet, it’s still hot, hot HOT and very disciplined. It’s a class that when you finish you look forward to the next one because of how amazing you feel…. Vs with Bikrams or 26/2 I went because I knew it was good for me…. But I would dread going to the next. Bonus…. There’s not that horrific smell you find at most bikrams, 26/2 studios.
The studio itself is beautiful. The ENTIRE staff is kind, inviting and welcoming. From the very first time I walked into the studio I felt at home.

Enlighten is the most amazing studio! Spacious and welcoming with some incredible classes that will push you - I especially love Sculpt with Bethany, Tess and Ashley. Great class times and playlists and clean bathrooms and showers! 10/10 recommend!!
