Nice gym, but if you’ll have a better time finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow than dealing with the process of canceling your membership. Want to cancel? Gotta give a “30-day notice” and pay your last month up front. Not to mention the price has been going up. I would say a better investment of your time and money would be to buy some dollar store sand pales and lift sand at the beach.

In my opinion, the best gym in the area. Excellent fitness and personal training staff. Clean. Well organized. Top of the line equipment and facilities. Dylan, Mike and Angel have been great to work with and have been very supportive. Spacious. Open green space to do mat work. Highly recommend.

Not a safe space for women, especially for us who want to participate in the group fitness classes, away from the judging eyes of the people in the main area. This incident happened twice, with the latest one just this afternoon at around 6 pm. This guy just started yelling at women in the group fitness area. The first incident happened a few months ago and I am surprised this behavior is tolerated here. The group fitness classes are important to me since I can work out without feeling threatened, but these 2 incidents and the fact that this behavior against women is tolerated are disturbing.

Very decent gym, but as others have stated you must go through an overseas third party to cancel. Crazy how they can take your business in person but cannot cancel in person. Gentleman up front with the light curly hair and glasses will make rude remarks to you during sign up to try to push their “trainers”. The trainer Dylan seemed like a good guy though.

YouFit DOES NOT KEEP PROMISES! They LIED to me when I signed up for an annual agreement that my price will not increase as long as I keep paying - and I did, diligently and on time! Just a little over a year and - guess what - I get an email that they are increasing my membership cost.
Also, try to cancel the membership. First, you can only send an email inquiring about your membership increases. No one will speak to you. For cancellation, I was given an 888 number. It took 5 phone calls to finally get to a live person. Terrible experience all around.

This place has everything you need for a good workout. However, the employees are the best part of this YouFit. Nicest gym staff I’ve encountered so far. Thanks guys!

Although the gym its self is okay
Canceling the membership is something I put off because I knew how annoying it would be…
I finally made my way to cancel it.
And the dude at the front desk gave me backhanded remarks to try and get me to stay with my membership…
He implied I don’t workout enough (I am a part time athlete and have practices 3-4x a week lol)
And that I need to “make time to workout”

I know they are trained to try and keep memberships but these remarks aren’t okay.

Plus when you cancel it’s a nightmare to be paying random bills in that 30 day period just to cancel!!

Just go to crunch down the street…

This gym is my safe space to get my workouts in. I have never felt judged or intimidated coming in here to get my sweat on. The staff are extremely nice & accommodating to young adults as well as 60+. This is the gym to go to if you don’t like crowds because it’s never felt too packed inside. To top it all off, they give back to the community. Just last week they did a fundraiser across all YouFits to raise money for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in honor of Bradley.

All in all, I’d recommend!
