Love this office and Dr Porter. They are so friendly and helpful. Dr Porter puts me completely at ease to ask any and all questions I may have and she addresses any concerns I have. I’ve been getting bioidentical HRT for about 3 years and left my previous provider because this office/Dr Porter are so welcoming.
Special Thank You events (Denim and Diamonds) Dr Porter provides have great vendors with great information and are a lot of fun.

Can’t wait to try the other services offered.

I had a wonderful hydrafacial at Wrinkle Free with Farrah. She took the time to analyze my skin, cleanse, perform extractions and suggest an at home routine that would boost my results. I definitely noticed a difference, my skin feels so clean and glowy. Farrah also gives the best neck/shoulder massage. I will be back! Thank you Farrah 🙂

I went to see Dr. Porter about hormone replacement therapy. My OBGYN had taken me off all hormone medication (synthetics) because my blood pressure was too high. While getting my blood pressure under control, I realized I was losing my hair, gaining weight, had no energy/motivation to do anything, night sweats, hot flashes, frequent UTIs, you name it. I'd had enough, so I went to see Dr. Porter. After bloodwork, I opted in to try the bio-identical hormone pellets, but also found out I was experiencing hypothyroidism (that was new to me). After about 2 days after the pellet insertion and starting thyroid medication, it was like someone turned the lights back on! I'm actually starting to feel normal again. Hopefully the weight will come off soon (I would say it was about 15 lbs, 14 lbs too many in my book), and have a followup blood check in mid-June. I'd highly recommend Dr Porter and her staff, she is very knowledgeable and I learned more about hormones than I had ever heard before. Oh, and she treats men, too! My husband went to her for his testosterone injections. Definitely try Wrinkle Free MD, you won't be disappointed!

I have had a great experience with Dr. Emily Porter and her staff at WrinkleFree MD. I've been seeing them monthly since November of 2023. They are always happy to answer all of my questions and provide the science and reasoning for their responses. It is great having a doctor that takes time with her patients and goes over everything thoroughly. The staff always answers the phone and has a smile on their face. Highly recommend WrinkleFree.

Dr. Porter and her staff are the best and the nicest people you will ever meet!! I met Dr. Porter when she first started her Med Spa practice in a small studio in Georgetown and I still go to her today, 5 or 6 years later. My first hormone pellet appointment she spent over an hour with me explaining in detail how my thyroid works, or doesn't work at that time, and how the pellets would help me. I was doing so well that my endocrinologist said I didn't need to see them anymore that Dr. Porter was doing a great job at keeping my numbers stable. Dr. Porter really listens to any concerns you may have, and will answer all questions. She is also pretty funny and very down to earth, I love our conversations and that she really cares about me and my health. Not too long ago I was going on a trip and miscalculated how many pills I had left and I didn't have enough to get me through my trip and my prescription wasn't going to get in before I left. She said no problem and gave me an enough samples to get me through my trip. I totally trust Dr. Porter with all procedures I have, she is truly the best and if she opened a general physician practice, I would be first in line to be one of her patients. PS: Her anniversary parties are the best also, so much fun and lots of goodies and specials, she really goes all out for her patients.

This review is long overdue and my first review ever. I've been going to Dr Porter for a few years now and she is the absolute best! She takes the time to really get to know you, doesn't pressure treatments that you may not need, and is brilliant at what she does. I fully trust her and will never go anywhere else. And a Plus, her staff is just as amazing! The atmosphere is always great. I love her and you will too!!

I've been a customer here for years, and I can't praise Dr. Porter and her team enough. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else! Beyond providing exceptional services, visiting her office is always an enjoyable experience. Dr. Porter has an uncanny ability to tailor treatments to your exact needs, while making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is a genuine soul and I’ve never felt more at home, while inside of a business. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
