Great spa! The ambiance is beautiful, calming and clean. I like that there are few sauna’s and pools with different temperatures. Ways they can improve change their late policy and provide kosher food options.

Highly recommend world spa, it's very clean, staff is friendly and great customer service. Close to the F train. They have multiple sauna rooms, swimming pools, and hot tubs. Dining area, you purchase food, cocktails ? etc. I had salmon, mash potatoes, and asparagus it was delicious. Highly recommend World spa

My World Spa experience was bomb, the atmosphere was very relaxing, very chill, and soothing... literally as soon I was in there for a little I started to feel sleepy. The place was very clean, and the decor very luxurious. I loved that the pools varied in temperature and that there were a variety of different rooms you could relax in...fave was the steaam roomThe burger I had was pretty good, tried some of my friends foods as well and they were pretty good too. Can't wait to go back again. My pics are mostly of decor features that caught my eye, a lil blurry, but you get the idea. Enjoy!!

For a person who LOVES a spa day, I really wanted to love this place but after being here for about 30 minutes I felt bamboozled. The pictures I seen before hand made me think this place had maybe 2-3 floors with different pools. Don’t be fooled, all the pools are on one floor. There are 2 big pools and if I remember correctly there are 2-3 jacuzzis, but they are small.
My lunch experience was not good at all. My friend and I sat down at a table for lunch, and we had to flag someone down to take our order, only to have to wait another 20-25 minutes. There were maybe 5-6 other tables with people sitting down. When the waitress finally came to our table, the food we wanted to order was all gone.
The only thing I enjoyed was my massage. Lenora was amazing! And I would come back to have a massage specifically from her. I can say this building is thoroughly clean and has amazing details, but I expected more.

Excellent!! Beautiful space within the heart of Brooklyn’s that transports to a totally different world and a great reprieve from city life. There is such a variety of saunas and steam rooms that you could have a completely different experience with each visit. The staff is friendly and very hospitable. This was my first visit but I will be returning time and time again!

Such a great experience. The staff on the Spa floor were amazing, guiding us through the spaces as it was our first time there. The facility was clean and comfortable. We had access to Birch & Oak, great space and food was delicious. Only downside was a couple of times we waited 10 minutes plus for a server to come back. But they were friendly and brought us our order quickly after that. Definitely will be coming back!

Great spa experience overall !!!
I had to try Venik treatment and scrub with Slava and I highly recommend it . It was definitely a highlight for me and I visit many spas around the world ! You won’t find this treatment like they do it there ! Including polar plunge at the end ! Loved it all! Loved the variety of saunas and steam rooms . Everything is clean and upscale) my borscht with Salo was delicious.

My favorite bathhouse in NYC! It's a little out of the ways in Brooklyn but it's right next to the train. You literally walk down the stairs and it's there. If you're in Brooklyn you really have no excuse not to go. Way better than Bathhouse in Williamsburg.

Rooms were amazing and had a lot of features you don't see at most bathhouses (ex: infrared saunas, onsen pools, themed steam rooms). A little more on the pricey side but I did notice the crowd was a lot more respectful/courteous than other places.
