My family and I have been enjoying the sauna, red light therapy as well as the salt room therapy. We have all been sick this last month and always feel a bit better when we leave. The owners and staff have been extremely helpful and pleasant. My wife and kids have been visiting regularly for salt therapy under the previous ownership for a good while. We are very excited about the addition of the infrared sauna and red light therapy that the new owners have added. I think my favorite is the recovery compression boots, those boots feel great.
They really go out of their way to make sure your experience is excellent each and every visit and make you feel like family.

I’ve visited this new spa-like gem for Salt therapy and infrared sauna. I’m using these remedies to speed up recovery from an upper respiratory and ear infection. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The vibe is relaxing and the treatments have helped my recovery. So happy to have this locally-owned business to enjoy and support.

I have been having a lingering cough that also has congestion. Went to my family doctor, just said viral infection and gave me codeine cough syrup. No better, went to allergy doctor, 2 inhalers, Flonase, prednisone and again no better! Desperate for relief, I call Wellness Remedies and got in on a special and after doing sauna and salt therapy, the coughing and congestion are noticeably better. Signed up for a month and if nothing else, it just makes you feel good!

My husband and I became instant fans of Salt Remedy. We both are healing from asthma and allergies, and the benefits of breathing salt air are extensive! I was so excited to find Salt Remedy in The Woodlands area - it’s a special kind of place. In addition to salt therapy benefits, time at Salt Remedy is very calming and therapeutic for the nervous system. It is a beautiful clean and inviting space throughout, and the private room feels especially meditative - you get to treat yourself to quiet time away from electronics, while relaxing in a comfortable chair and breathing healing salt air. We both felt immediate effects of clearing sinuses and relaxation. I definitely recommend Salt Remedy to everyone!

My adult daughter and I really enjoyed our first session at The Salt Remedy! We didn’t know what to expect but the staff explained everything perfectly. It was very relaxing and I noticed later during the day I felt the benefits to my breathing and nasal passages. I don’t live in The Woodlands or I would definitely set several sessions up to feel the full benefits. I highly recommend it!

This place is under new ownership and has been renovated. It is so pretty. The new owners are so friendly and amazing. The salt technique is a little different. The salt is finer so you don’t get as much of a salt powder on you. They also have an amazing red light recovery room. I’m looking forward to the anti-inflammatory benefits of red light therapy !

I can’t say enough about this place! My own experience with Salt Remedy began after I had covid. I had so many issues with my lungs, I wasn’t able to shake the cough and I felt so exhausted from the lack of rest. I did a series of visits and immediately I felt a difference, my coughing calmed down right away and within a few days it was gone! There are so many benefits to salt rooms as I have discovered, from skin issues, to allergies, to coughing/colds it seems to help me with it all. The rooms are peaceful, I love that you don’t have any distractions while you’re in the spaces and you can just focus on breathing and relaxing while the salt does the work. Pop in and talk to the knowledgeable staff, you’d be surprised at how many things can be addressed with regular salt therapies.
