If your path in life has brought you here and your thinking should I do this program? Stop thinking and just do it. I was once in that same position. Now i have my life back. Iv had insomnia as long as i can remember along with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, borderline diabetic, memory issues and my whole body ached every morning and every evening. I had a mini stroke on Super Bowl Sunday this year and tried changing my diet looking every where online and it got me nowhere. I started this program and now there is no insomnia all my issues have reversed. I have no more aches and pains. I once thought my life was pretty much over. Now i feel its just now starting again.
