The atmosphere is super friendly and the prices are the best in town. You leave there feeling taken care of. If you are looking for the best , most competent gun shop in Palm Beach County , (or the state of Florida ) , for that matter, look no further, the staff at We Kick Brass are beyond compare. I have been to just about every gun dealer in Palm beach county and the staff at the other gun dealers are typically uninterested in helping and assisting the customers needs , if you can get their attention long enough to actually ask you if they can help, they typically want to determine how much money you're willing to pay for an item and or up-sell you to an item you really didn't want . When you walk into We Kick Brass , you are immediately greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff. If you are tired of the run of the mill gun shops in Palm Beach County , do yourself a favor, go to We Kick Brass, and if you really want to be impressed , ask for Sterling when you get there.

I bought a Glock 26 with a GSSF member discount at We Kick Brass so the process was a tad bit different. Rather than their normal stock for consumers, I would receive it from their LE Selection. This was several months back and at the time I felt like giving a 1* star rating with a rant. However, I decided to wait in order to write a more objective and unbiased review to the best of my ability. The process after purchase was a circus for lack of a better term other than the initial and end (pickup) of the phase which were fine.

I had first called a handful of stores asking if they provided blue label service for GSSF members. We Kick Brass was one of the closest in the area, the owner I spoke to sounded knowledgeable and reasonable. In the call I was told after purchase, an order would be placed and it would take 3-4 days max (important) to receive. So I chose to purchase from them. I could tell they weren't too experienced with the GSSF process but managed with a few calls when I came in. It took a about half an hour to do but I had stood the whole time waiting because all the seats were taken by products and employees lounging from a slow Monday.

Now this is where my main issue comes. After about 4 days I receive not one update on my purchase so I reach out and was told by an employee it would now need until the end of the week (so a couple more days) to be received. "We'll update you sir", a couple more days, not one update, no text, no call, no email. So I call again, and now I was told it would take about 1 week to 2 weeks by another employee. I would've been patient had I been just told upfront how long and was updated. A week goes by not one call AND I find out the Glock Store themselves could've finished the whole process for me in a week, delivered in 3 days guaranteed. Their reviews were proof. At this point I'm beyond frustrated and I call again and I'm TOLD IT CAN TAKE UP TO 2 MONTHS.

Their policy is a form of fee for cancellation/refund when I asked for it. GSSF understood and even sent me another coupon (1 coupon a year only) since I was going to dispute the transaction, which I ended up doing a few days later. Coincidentally they call me 2 days after saying it arrived.

I wanted no bad blood and understood they're a family business I'd like to support. So I retracted my dispute and picked up my firearm anyway. After the whole ordeal of being lied to essentially, no updates or communication, me reaching out the whole time and only refund with a fee when I don't even have my merchandise;
The owner was notified of the dispute later after I picked up and had to insinuate that I might attempt to scam them. They even felt the need to warn me about possible legal action, threatening to press charges to send me to jail. Ridiculous!

I've have rarely ever spent time writing reviews and have only wrote 1-3 for really memorable places. This is definitely one of them. I'd hope to have at least continued purchasing accessories and ammo from them but I don't think I ever can after that last call.

Edit: GSSF only comes from LE inventory and I already understood the G26 was not in stock. Their reply disregarded what I had to say, I only wanted them to understand that their business practice was not right.
