10/10 experience!!!!! i’m so happy that this is on michigan i have been waiting for a wellness spot that has it all! i love the atmosphere it is so beautiful, and there are so many amenities that are AMAZING love everything. the food is the best i’ve ever had in my life, i loved the avocado toast and strawberry bliss and made me feel good all day #needthat

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently visited I Balance and Wellness, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately struck by how immaculate the entire facility was. The attention to cleanliness and the calming atmosphere set the stage for what would become one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had.

The dry heat in the sauna was incredibly soothing, melting away all the stress and tension from my body. The steam room, with its gentle warmth and calming scents, felt like a sanctuary where I could truly unwind. But the highlight for me was the zero gravity massage chairs. These chairs transported me to a state of pure bliss, where every muscle in my body was gently massaged and I could feel the relaxation wash over me.

The red light therapy room was another fantastic feature. The room was cozy and inviting, providing a perfect retreat to let go of all the stress and simply be. I truly felt like someone had hit the reset button for me, which was something I desperately needed.

If Google allowed more than 5 stars, this place would undoubtedly deserve them. I highly recommend I Balance and Wellness Spa to anyone looking for a serene escape. Whether you need a break and get away, or just want to step away from the chaos of daily life for a few hours, this is the place to do it.

And to top it all off, the on-site café offers delicious all-natural and organic smoothies and Acai bowls. They were the perfect post-relaxation treat—absolutely delightful!

I’m already planning my next visit and would encourage anyone seeking rejuvenation to experience this incredible oasis.

Our visit to Vellora was fabulous from start to finish! From the moment we walked in to the serene & clean setting, we were greeted with warm smiles and given a full tour of the facility. We enjoyed the red light therapy, the sauna, cold plunge tubs, and the massage chairs were absolutely AMAZING! Anoosh checked in on us and brought us samples of a delicious orange smoothie. The world outside faded away and I could have relaxed in there all weekend lol. We drove an hour to this destination, and it was totally worth it! I wish it was closer to home, but I will definitely make the drive again. Highly recommend ❤️.

I recently just visited VELORA for the first time and I was shocked at how many services there are to offer. The staff was very welcoming and were able to answer any questions I had about the spa and wellness areas. Kaylee made me a coffee smoothie that made me feel so refreshed and energized for the day! The food was all so good and there were so many supplements and remedies to try! I would definitely recommend visiting this place and I will be back again!!!

What an experience we had a Vellora! From signing in to exiting the building it was beyond 5 stars! Anoosh checked us in (there were 4 of us) and gave us a tour of the place and explained everything so thoroughly! Kaylee made us AMAZING drinks and they were ready for us when we came out! The experience was unforgettable and we will definitely be back again! Relaxed refreshed and felt alive again when we left! Oh and did I mention the location is PERFECT! You leave and you’re ready to enjoy your day strolling through downtown Northville! So beautiful! Thanks for a great spa day Vellora!!!!

Really enjoyed my Chewy Butter smoothie. Tasted great and was refreshing. The store is super cute and clean. Lisa was very friendly and super helpful in assisting me to pick out my smoothie. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been doing the movement yoga with Alicia, amazing! Had my first barre class with Heather, also amazing. I love classes and every class I learn something new! Lex (owner) has been very helpful with any questions I’ve had. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very kind and helpful! Very nice studio and I cannot wait to try the juice bar.
