Our family loves Hands on Chiropractic! The owners and staff are wonderful! The Chiropractors are knowledgeable and professional. Their treatment process is thorough and tailored to each individual's needs. Most importantly, it works!!

I Love Dr. Russ and Dr. Mo, this place has changed my life. I never new how much neck pain that I have been ignoring until I started my therapy here. I use to not be able to turn my neck around to even look to see if a car is coming in traffic without hurting. I have ignored my neck pain for so long. I have noticed how I sit now at my desk. What I love the most is not only do they work with you at clinic but they also teach you the tools to use at home. I totally recommend True Health Wellness to anyone living with pain.

Terrible service, they're rude. all they care about is money and not your actual health. They made me cry by how they treated me and stole my money. I've been trying to get my money back for almost a year now and they refuse and have no care about what they're doing. Do NOT recommend. I'm also one to never complain or write reviews so that shows how strongly I feel about this place.

Dr. Russ and the True Health Wellness team are the best. I have had many issues mostly back related, that that they have helped me with in the 5 years that I've been a patient. Dr. Russ wants everyone to have good health and he is helping me to stay on track to healthy aging. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I’ve been going to True Health Wellness Centers for 10 years now. My children are also patients as well. Dr. Russ is a thorough chiropractor and I always feel immediately better after my adjustment. I have a reverse curve in my neck, and have had improvement since having regular adjustments and daily home exercises. This is evidenced by x-ray comparison and also by improvement in my neck pain. I’m happy with my care, and I’ll continue to be a patient for many more years.

Great office! Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I love that they aren’t treating just symptoms, but also the root cause. What you will learn at this office, everyone should know. My boyfriend said Dr Russ changed his life. So, I left my doctor and came here.. and I am not sorry. You won’t be either.
