If you need help like many of us do these days, please give Triangle Wellness Counseling and it's counselor Steve Clemmons LPC a try. I have been seeing him pretty regularly for about a year now for what seems (to me) to be a complex mood disorder that has been interfering with my ability to perform the daily common functions of an adult. Steve is one of the absolute best therapists I have ever had. His devotion to his clients is inspiring. Steve doesn't judge. He recognizes that your therapeutic process is yours and yours alone, and he is here to simply aid you in your own process. I can tell from having seen him for close to a year now that his client base is extremely diverse. He has understanding and background on many different types of people with many different types of problems, and confidently helps to address them. I have made several milestone moments during my sessions with Steve and he encourages and congratulates me when I reach a big moment of growth. I don't see Steve quite as often as I used to, but when I do see him, I always end up wanting to talk with him more. The man is easy to connect with and highly accessible. I hope you will give Steve a try, he has helped change my life for the better and has given me basic validation that everyone deserves and needs to move forward in their therapeutic process, and he reminds me that the process is different for everyone, and no one need to listen to shame simply because one's journey through the recovery process is a long one, with periods of waiting and watching to look for the next area of progress. When I was short on cash earlier this year, Steve negotiated and coordinated with me to ensure that my payments to him were manageable while still ensuring that I received the care I needed.
