My experience at Touchless Colon Cleansing & Wellness, located at 3540 Grapevine Mills Blvd North, has been profoundly disappointing due to unresolved administrative issues and a lack of communication. After discovering that the treatments did not suit me due to adverse health reactions, a staff member named Angel initially promised me a prompt refund for two prepaid sessions. Unfortunately, that promise went unfulfilled.

Despite several follow-up calls and messages over more than a month, I never received the refund. Each of my inquiries received either vague responses or no response at all, further complicating the situation. At one point, I even offered to transfer my unused sessions to a friend to salvage some value from my payment, but this request also went unanswered.

The lack of professionalism and accountability at this location of Touchless Colon Cleansing & Wellness has been frustrating. I had to contend with delays, unmet promises, and a total disregard for customer service.

I write this review to inform potential customers of the possible challenges they might encounter with this business. It is important that clients are aware of my experience as they make their own health and wellness decisions.

I just did this for the first time and it was amazing! Angel helped me feel confident about the procedure with the way she explains everything. I did the colonic after a liver and gallbladder cleanse to remove any remaining gallstones in my colon. Even after having diarrhea for 2 days per cleaning protocol, I still had SO MANY stones leftover in my colon. That stuff is toxic and this procedure helped me get rid of everything. I will definitely be back! (Read liver and gallbladder cleanse by Andrea Moritz to learn how to do the entire liver cleansing protocol. It saved me from having to have surgery!)

I honestly do not like leaving bad reviews, But this was the absolute worst experience. I was so excited to book for this services which was a week ago. I arrived at my appt at 10:57am my appt was 11:00am. I called after 5mins of waiting twice no answer. I waited for exactly 17mins and no one showed. I then received a text message stating they had to step away ER, I understand emergencies happen but communication is key, email, text or call could have been made to me. So I request for a refund being I decided to book elsewhere, I was told sorry and what’s my zelle, number was given and I waited almost two hours to ask when I will receive my refund. Shortly after I was told I could receive a refund being I refused service which I didn’t I left because no one showed. She gave me all these excuses as to why I would not be refunded. This was unacceptable and unprofessional. BOOK ELSEWHERE!

Today I had my very first colonic cleanse and it was a marvelous experience from beginning to end! Ms. Angel guided me through the process very thoroughly and made the experience very comfortable and easy! Since it was my first time I was very nervous but it’s completely painless and it’s so rewarding to know you’re getting the best treatment specially for a girly like me who suffers from irregular BM. I was able to go on about my day like normal just as she specified, no down time! I loved it and already have my next appointment scheduled!
