If I could I would give a 0. I purchase a treatment for $1300 once the treatment was completed it was clear it didn't do anything for me. I wrote a review not good. Thorpe called me in, Let's make this right, they say. I met with Dr Thorpe, super nice, committed to a great customer service experience. She said she wanted to demonstrate another product. While doing so, she kept saying, "you have a lot of skin", which of course I knew, that's why I purchase the treatment in the first place. I would have expected an honest assessment, they could have said, you need you need to lose 20 lbs for this to work. They didn't. They said they could call me back with a propose treatment or alternative. Never called, never heard back. The most painfully spent $1300 for absolutely nothing.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Thorpe! I had a facial today with Sam, and she was simply amazing. Her knowledge and expertise were evident from the start, and she created such a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. I felt completely rejuvenated after my session. Thorpe now offers a wide variety of skincare options, which is fantastic. I was so impressed that I booked a red light facial for next month, and I can't wait!
