We recently spent a few nights in the Londoner and the spa was one of the highlights of the weekend. Calm relaxing environment matched with an excellent range of treatments. The staff were brilliant and what you would expect from a luxury spa!

A 10/10 experience! The Retreat at The Londoner is everything you want and more from a spa. The pool area was lovely, with comfortable cabanas, sauna and steam. We had a Swedish couples massage which was one of the best we’ve had, the perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you to the wonderful team for taking such good care of us, we look forward to returning!

I've had the pleasure of staying at The Londoner on a couple of occasions and never miss popping down to the spa. Reception helpfully booked us a cabana by the pool, it is a very relaxing space amongst all the hustle of the big city. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend a visit to escape the relentless busyness of the city for a few hours of quiet relaxing bliss.

Great hydro pool and well heated and the cabana seats are so comfy and great to relax in after a swim. Sauna was perfect and steam room was comfortable. Great service and the drinks are great

Stayed at the hotel over a weekend and couldn’t wait to use the spa. It definitely didn’t disappoint. Everything from the facilities to the ambience were first-class, it was pure blissful relaxation.

The cabana seats were comfy and great to relax in, the pool, sauna and steam rooms were all perfection. I couldn’t fault any of it, I would certainly visit again, and recommend it to anyone thinking about it.

The Retreat is very peaceful and zen so much so I spent every day there. The steam room and sauna are amazing. The staff were very attentive by topping up our glasses with water and checking if we needed anything else. Definitely make use of the treatments too, such as a massage!

5 out 5! My experience with Nessera was amazing, from start to the end, i got 90 min massage and it was just amazing, she knew exactly where and how much pressure to apply, being jet lagged after 11 hours flight from LA that massage just what i needed! I returned next day to get gold facial and after Nessera finished her magic (i literally was in zen state whole 60 min) my skin never looked better, and i did Forma before and im a devoted SkinMedica consumer! If you stay at hotel for not miss a chance to book any treatment with Nessera, i might stay next time in this hotel again just for that!
