Finally took the plunge and tried my first facial ever with Elise at THAT Med Spa, and boy, am I glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and at ease. Elise worked her magic, and my skin has never felt better.

Elise not only gave me an incredible facial experience, but she also took the time to answer all my questions and was super resourceful. Her expertise made me feel confident and relaxed throughout the entire process.

I was Elise’s client before she opened That Med Spa and I will follow her anywhere—I can’t recommend her (and her colleagues here because they share the same philosophy) highly enough. A lot of people say they’re passionate about skincare but Elise truly walks the talk and wants to make this level of skincare more accessible. She’s always telling me about the latest research she’s read, she’s honest about when to invest in a product/where to save, and the membership is such a reasonable price. And of course, my facials are always relaxing and pampering and I leave with glowing skin. Five stars!

I had a wonderful experience today after having my first Hydra-Facial. Chloe and Elise are incredibly friendly and professional, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire visit. Elise was helpful and knowledgeable, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly while doing my facial. I would highly recommend THAT Med Spa to anyone looking for a quality esthetician. Left with some new products that I’m excited to try and signed up for their skin care club to save deals on monthly treatments. So worth it!!!

I started acne treatments with TMS in November and after 3 months of personalized facials and routine, my skin looks better than it has in years. I turned to TMS after feeling like my derm was not cutting it. I tried to create a routine on my own. I’d tried it all. I trusted TMS, went all in with a membership, and they did not disappoint. Chloe and Elise are so sweet and really take their time in all they do. They will explain every step and process. They are meticulous with their work and provide a personalized level of care to their clients that is hard and rare to find, especially in Austin. Worth every penny and compared to other salons, their pricing is phenomenal.
