As a mom of two toddlers, this place is exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. I enjoyed my pedicure from Hoang very much. She was kind and professional. Plus my toes look and feel wonderful. My massage from Jordan was heaven! He hit all the right spots with the pressure I needed and he was also very professional. I enjoyed the saunas after my massage/ pedicure. They have showers available with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Also I love that they have hair dryers, brushes, feminine products and water throughout the locker area. The waiting area has menus if you want to order drinks or food and a cozy area to relax with a fireplace. I will definitely be coming back to this spa!

I have gone to the spa two times in the past six months. Stayed at the hotel, gambled, and booked a facial both times in hopes of relaxing. Both times the service providers TALKED ABOUT THEMSELVES the whole hour. I can literally tell you more about the estheticians than I can most of my own friends. The service was lovely, and both women were very nice, but I was not there to make friends. I go to the spa to relax and when the person providing the service is talking POLITICS inflicting her opinion upon you a day after an election--no thank you. I sent an email to the spa the next day explaining my dissatisfaction and received a call immediately. The spa supervisor said "Sorry, I'll talk to them" and then sent me on my way. The days of customer service/satisfaction are long over. I will no longer be spending my money at the T-Spa or the Tulalip Casino. Save yourself a bad experience and go to the spa at The Chrysalis instead.

I was gifted and 80 minute facial/arm, and hand massage. This was my first experience in both getting a facial, and visiting the spa. It was such a nice experience. Pics taken post session, but wanted to share what the room looked like, along with the restroom, and waiting room. Great ambience, and decor for sure.

Y'know what, the front desk was very welcoming and I was able to get settled in quickly after the walk through of the facility. It's a pretty large spa with many rooms and therapists. I booked two separate session for my wife and I, but they put us in a couples room which is always a plus. The facility is clean, but I'd love to see a commons area (co-ed) to have tea and snacks with my wife. I didn't get to check out the pool, but the steam room was enough for me this time. I'd also like to see the staff clean up the shower area and the quiet area more often. There were many used towels and cups everywhere

Great amenities, great ambience but that stops there. We ordered a couples massage and I have been to many places before. This one was by far the worst, my therapist used rubber gloves which was not relaxing at all and was definitely not a 50 minute massage. Instead of reviewing online I wanted to directly share my thoughts on the massage after they asked how it was. All she said was she’ll let them know and proceeded to charge me. I was hoping for a great massage at a nice place for our anniversary but I left disappointed.

Amazing Massage, clean environment, great shopping area. With the higher end price of services, I would expect more accommodations in the waiting area. Only thing I might suggest is fresh water instead of bottled and maybe light snacks with coffee and tea.

Absolutely gorgeous inside! My sister, my mom, and I had such a lovely time here. Definitely worth every penny. It was so clean and well maintained and we all loved our massages. So relaxing. Steam room and sauna were awesome and I loved the rainfall showers. You can also order room service and drinks to the spa. I got a massage from Jordan and it was probably the best massage I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I recently went here for the first time and we had a great experience. I had Joel who did a great job and my wife had Jennifer whom she absolutely raved about. My wife said she might need to be wheeled out because she felt so good and relaxed. For someone with chronic back and neck pain, Jennifer took the extra time on areas she needed most. I have never her seen her walk away from a massage feeling so good. Thank you. Also, the sauna smells real nice. I waited for a few minutes in there while my wife was attempting to get off the massage table in which she had melted into.
