I stopped in to pick up some cartridges that were on sale. The little lady that helped me was great, but I was rather disappointed when she told me that the store did not allowed to tip employees. I think they should be able to get tips change your policy thank you. Have a good day.

It’s always a pleasant experience coming into this location. The vibe is very important to me. Every time i come in, the staff is very friendly and always remembers me. I always leave with a smile from a good experience. Shar and Kurt were in the store today when I came in. They were very informative on any questions I had, and remembered the details from our last conversation. I have been meaning to leave a great review for this location for some time. My only disappointment, is that they can’t accept tips like the other dispensaries. I am in the service industry, and tips are crucial during these times. The staff at this location provides great service, it seems only fair they should be able to accept tips for their service. I do hope to see this change in the future.

I go in today because of a sale that they clearly have under the “specials” section of their website. 4 or more 8ths of premium indoor flower for $20 each. When I arrive, I’m told there is no such special, despite pulling it up on their website. I believe these employees must test more product than they sale.

Today was my first time ever visiting Surterra. I took advantage of a great deal that was emailed to me. The staff was amazing. The friendly lady that took care of (not sure of her name, but it says Sasha on my receipt) was super friendly and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had and even gave a great recommendation. I was very happy with the transaction. The only issue I had when I went to leave a tip (like I do at every other dispensary) she told me they were not allowed to take tips. I find this absurd and not fair to the employees. We all know dispensaries don’t pay much and not only did she earn the tip but deserved the tip I was trying to give. Get with the program Surterra, there is no other dispensary in Florida that doesn’t allow tips for their amazing employees.
