I came into Stretch Zone for an introductory stretch after meaning to come for over a year! I was able to walk in and be accommodated right away. The ladies at the front desk were attentive and polite. Sachen was incredible, providing me a wealth of information on the importance of stretching, the benefits and how just a few movements a day will create need in the body to continue. After my session i felt immediate results! My body felt refreshed and ready for more movement. I look forward to eventually becoming a member to get my body back in motion!

I initially had a positive experience with Stretch Zone. However, it really upsets me that I tried to cancel the membership & there isn’t an option to do so using the online account. I called to ask about cancellation & did exactly what I was told to do. I sent an email with details I was told to include, but there was no response to that email & no follow-up call, like I was told. I called the store twice since then & asked to speak with a manager. I was told “the manager was busy and would return my call both times. No call was returned. I was also told after providing details on when the email was sent that someone started working on it. I initially thought this was a good idea & would benefit me. But my plans changed & I would prefer to go in on a as needed basis instead. If your business is “committed to providing high-quality customer service,” what is your explanation for this?

In the matter of 4 sessions with them my flexibility has seen some improvement. I deal with tight hips and groin area, so my level of flexibility and explosiveness when weightlifting and playing sports is hindered as a result. With 4 sessions I have noticed myself getting deeper in my squats, I’m able to open my hips more in my dynamic warm-ups, and I’ve been able to go much deeper in my butterfly stretch.

I purchased the 4-sessions package because I was unsure whether or not this would make a difference. Silly me! I should’ve got more sessions, now I have to wait until my sessions reset next month to get a stretch in.

The staff is amazing, and they are all friendly and care about their clients. So far, I’ve had Brian and Rich as practitioners. They have deep understanding, knowledge, and skill set when it comes to the muscle groups and how to stretch in order to achieve increased range of motion, and be relieved of muscle soreness and tightness.

Bottom line, if you’re looking for a place to get a good stretch, and you are near the Palmetto Bay area, then the Palmetto Bay Stretch Zone location is the place to go to. I’m absolutely certain the other practitioners are a blessing, but if you can get Brian, or Rich, then go for one of them because they’re great.

Other than the lights on US1, So Dixie Hwy being messed up, this is normally an easy place to ge to and park. Thankfully the session with Richard was an excellent one today. Truthfully with every session with Richard, I think he is actually stretching me in a way that leads to better results and a feeling that he is more helpful each week.

I had been meaning to check this place out for years - but naturally, I waited until I really needed it to go. I can say even in just a few sessions, I already notice a difference in my body. I intend on continuing to go and well, take care of my body better because it is the only one I have!
