Ubolt tore through rack within ~10 uses. Switched broken one to the back, a second one tore through as well. Zero response from multiple emails to customer service.
Before breaking, it’s a decent product, easy to remove etc.

This company is a complete scam!!!! SCAM WARNING!!!! I ordered my rack for the snowboard and the bike plus the base on December 21st, 2023. 2 weeks later I had received no updates on the order. J emailed them asking why it hadn’t shipped in 2 weeks. They said they had an issue with their 3pl fulfillment comapnt and my order would ship by Friday. That was a Wednesday. Of course it didn’t ship. A week went by I asked for refund so I could by a different companies rack because at this point I lost all confidence I’d get it this ski season. They said they’d refund me. They never did. I emailed 2 more times and no answer. They never asnwered me again no refund. I had to charge it back with the credit card. Buyer beware. They do not sell racks. This is a total scam. It’s been 5 weeks nothing ever shipped.

I ordered a rack back in May all excited to give to my brother for his birthday. Unfortunately he sold his car and bought a new one (after I bought the rack) and once his birthday arrived, we found out that the rack doesn’t work on his new jeep top. So, within the 30 days I contacted the seller and sent the item to their warehouse (which was different than what is on the website). They are a startup, and it took a little while for them to get back to me after I returned my product, but I am pleased to say that they did in fact issue a refund. I plan on buying a stag rack for snowboarding in the future.

*UPDATE* - sent numerous follow up emails to “new management” and received zero response. Still scammers.

Do not purchase from this company. Product shipped 6 months late and I received a defective product. The company has blocked my email address from contacting customer service. I also attempted to contact the company founder, (Levi Lewandowski), via instagram and was blocked. The company is still selling products via their website.

DO NOT BUY. 2 vacuum cups didn't work straight out of the box and the rack ripped the first time I used it. $450 right down the drain. Their customer service is also garbage. I sent an email Thursday, and I didn't get a reply until Sunday. They don't have a place to review their product on their website.... This is why. Get a Seasucker.

Very disappointed. Website said ship in 48 hrs. Invoice said 35 days! Need sooner than that so I tried to cancel. 1 week of texts, emails, phone calls. Nothing. Crickets. Couldn’t be worse. Stay away ! Btw. First negative review I’ve left. Ever.

I just received my Stag Rack for my bike. I took it on a canyon drive yesterday to just test run it, and today I took it on a 60 mile trip to the beach. So far so good, ill be honestly I was a bit worried, but it held up. Will update my review if I need to, but for now no issues.

I saw a bad review from an angry customer. While the customer has every right to be frustrated, they were being unfair and didn't give Stag the chance to make things right. From all my communication with Stag i'm positive they would have sorted the customer out fairly.

That being said I do have some thoughts for how the product could be possibly improved without altering the product itself. If anyone from Stag would like to talk, feel free to reach out to me, you have my info!

I still haven't received mine. I've emailed 3 times with no updates. I'm going to call soon to cancel so I can buy the Seasuckers. I need a rack very soon.
