I started coming to Savvy Wellness in March 2024 following a post operative breast surgery (I have the BRCA gene mutation) where I experienced bloating, puffiness, constipation from the antibiotics & pain medication. This is the best place for both pre and post operative care! I found immediate relief from my symptoms. I also went off my birth control in March 2024 after being on it for 20 years. I wanted to get a normal menstrual cycle, and Savvy Wellness helped with that. My cycle became regular after only 2 sessions. I highly recommend the lymphatic drainage, incredibly effective for all of the above symptoms. I also love the ionic detox footbath, red light therapy, pemf mat, and compression pants. I do a lot of traveling and whenever I return from travel I experience puffiness, bloating & constipation. Savvy provides me immediate relief. I like to get the treatments before traveling as well so I feel my best. The benefits are amazing and each service offered is worth it.

This is an upscale, warm, classy, and welcoming business in a beautiful location in Lone Tree, very convenient. After I do the lymphatic drainage (+ any of the other services) — I experience better sleep, improved energy levels, detoxification, better bowel movements, and a normal menstrual cycle. I truly believe Sheree helped me get pregnant and allow my body to function the way it is suppose to! I recently had a miscarriage. One of the first things I did was book an appointment with Sheree following my D&C surgery. There is nothing better. I try to do whatever I can to not take medication and I love what Savvy stands for!

I first met Sheree several years ago and immediately knew she was dedicated to helping others feel the best they can be. I moved away from the area but since I have been back I decided to try the Discovery Package, each treatment I tried helped me feel relaxed and energized at the same time and of course healthier. Been getting Lymphatic Drainage done by Savvy Wellness. It's a machine and results are more beneficial than manual massage lymphatic drainage. I had a few treatments already and am feeling better. Savvy is amazing!! I started going to Sheree for lymphatic drainage about 4 years ago and I can’t say enough good things! She is so kind, inviting and personable. Life-changing when you’re going through cancer! After I was done with seven different surgeries and procedures, including chemo this year my body was so swollen and hurt so bad.
