I had a great experience!! I loved being able to bring my 3 year old! It's a great place for a little playdate. The kids loved it and had so much fun while the moms relaxed. They had lots of great toys for them to play with. Cara was amazing she told us all about the salt, the benefits, and made us feel right at home! It's a great experience for the price! Will recommend it to all my friends and I will be back for sure!!

The owner, Cara, is very personable and down to earth. I made reservations for a group of 14 with kids and adults and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time! I slept SO GOOD after our session and I am looking forward to making more visits in the future. I highly recommend this hidden gem; so push through the craziness of Church Street and make a visit soon!

From the moment my daughter and I walked in we were "wow-ed". The owner is a wonderful and educated host and treated us so warmly. I knew a little about salt rooms and the healing properties but now I feel like I have a plethora of information after talking with her. My boyfriend had surprised us with this visit so I had no idea what we were getting into. She made the surprise magical. The lobby has so many different items and some are made by her. Everything is reasonably priced. I bought the lavender salt scrub that she makes and it is the best scrub I have ever used. We used the relaxation room and I walked out feeling more than relaxed and refreshed. It is absolutely beautiful in that room and I really could have stayed there all day. I have never felt that relaxed before and my daughter feels the same. I have never seen a salt room like this one and the extra attention she puts into her work is evident. I am pregnant so dealing with all those typical pregnancy hormones and pains. This experience really lifted my mood and the aches have become much more bearable since our visit. We WILL be regulars here and I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out. The rates are low especially for what she has to offer. I'm looking forward to bringing the baby when he/she is born. The family room looks like so much fun! This is definitely a genius idea and she has nailed it perfectly! Our time there was magical.

I’ve frequented this small family owned business since they opened, both in the adult tranquil room alone, and with my family in the fantastic kids beach room. I can’t say enough good things about Cara and the saltastic knowledge she has about our overall health and how the salty air can benefit us all. She’s very flexible with times and texts as well, which makes it super convenient and quick when scheduling. I will always support this locally owned small business and refer as often as possible!
If you have children, the kids room is amazing and super fun, all while getting healthy and drying out the sniffles before it enters your chest!
You won’t regret your visit here!

We tried a session in the family room and had so much fun! My very moody and prone to tantrums three year old had a blast the entire time. It was wonderful to see him laugh and smile all evening! Cara was sooo sweet and knowledgeable and we all felt wonderful afterward. We will definitely be coming back and I can't wait to try the other rooms!

I have made two visits here and have been blown away by the customer service! Cara is very knowledgeable and extremely great at serving her clients. If you're looking for a personal experience, I highly recommend! The salt rooms were really nice, and there is a nice selection of salt based products for purchase. I also did the light therapy sauna- very nice!

The staff is very insightful, courteous, and kind. They went above and beyond what they had to do. Cannot say enough good about the owners. The salt room was very calming. I kind of thought this was bologna, afterwards I can say it’s the real deal. Both me and my mom immediately felt our nose and throat clearing of mucus and opening up. Our skin turned soft and we rubbed the salt into our feet, elbows, hands, and knees. All of which are soft now. On our way out we checked out the kids room, which is really awesome. Will be back to try with kids. Won’t go anywhere else after my encounter here. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!
