I enjoyed the salt room with my best friends today for the first time. As a novice, I was a little nervous but it was all very easy and inviting. There was minimal paperwork- just a quick waiver and then we walked right into the room and relaxed. We sat comfortably for 45 mins and enjoyed the salt room as it wasn’t harsh. When it was over the owner helped us with questions and even took some pictures. She did not expect gratuity and didn’t push any up charges or membership. I will definitely be coming back and next time bringing my husband as he would enjoy this non invasive relaxing activity.

I'm so impressed! I have been curious to try a salt room for few months and decided to check out Salt Essentials Wellness in Largo. It was well beyond any expectations I had. So relaxing and just a really nourishing experience. Karen was a wonderful host.

I highly recommend Salt Essentials and have had the best experience! I am obsessed with the infrared sauna and the amazing benefits to my health and energy levels. I am looking forward to a future facial (with Ariana) and a future salt room session. The spa is immaculate, so clean and organized, which is very impressive. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed. The owner, Karen, is so knowledgeable and helpful! I have also had the pleasure of feeling welcomed by Ariana and Karina at the front desk. Always a smile on their lovely faces. I LOVE this spa! You will not regret booking any service at Salt Essentials.

I’ve had massages!! But, this experience was like no other I have ever had. I was here visiting my daughter and she brought me to this amazing place. If you want a deep tissue Nick is your guy. He has over 35 years experience and it brought out the best in my deep tissue. The release of all my physical and emotional tension was real. I am grateful for this experience and definitely will be here every time I come to visit my beautiful gift. Thank you Alesia. This was amazing.

I finally found a great wellness place to pamper myself comparable to the ones I have used in New York.
They are excellent - from the owner to the staff. Arianna was so professional, knowledgeable, great at what she does, cares and loves what she's doing.
They talk to you first to find out what your looking for. They also do not hard sell you any product.
I will definitely refer people to them and continue to use them.

I discovered the magic of Halotherapy (salt room) today! I have been fighting a respiratory infection for 2 weeks and was desperate to get rid of the lingering nasties in my chest. I sat in the peaceful room with its soft sand while inhaling Himalayan salt for 45 mins. By the end I could finally inhale without coughing up! I highly recommend this!
The spa is clean, the staff is friendly and they offer various services - check them out!

I haven’t had such a good facial for a very long time. Ariana, the esthetician who looked after me at Salt Essentials Wellness, was very competent, gracious, gentle, attentive and quiet. I would highly recommend her. In addition, the salon is very pretty and comfortable, the music very relaxing. I will be back!

This place is incredible. My wife and I had a couples massage in the salt room and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff is incredible and very patient. I was a little intolerable due to stopping at a cigar bar before I went so I was a little drunk. Pamela, my masseuse was patient abd gave me the best massage I've ever had. Thank you very much.
