Rytual Recovery is amazing! I went for a sauna and cold plunge session one evening, and let me just say—it was just what I needed. I’ve always struggled with sleep, but that night I slept like a baby.

The vibe there is incredible—super relaxing and peaceful. The lighting, soundscapes, and overall atmosphere make it feel like an escape. I also love how there’s 3 varying degrees for the cold plunges. I tried the coldest option and it was a challenge!

The staff were super knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

If you’re thinking about trying contrast therapy, do it! This place is a great spot for athletes or people who need to relax. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I had an incredible experience at Rytual. The space was absolutely stunning..clean, serene, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect environment to unwind. After my session, I left feeling completely rejuvenated and with a calm nervous system. This was exactly what I needed, and I can’t wait to come back. A great place to go to if your mind or body is stressed. The environment is really welcoming and they walk you through it. I have never intentionally done sauna work before but I did three rounds of 15 min with a few rounds of cold plunge in between. I wore a bathing suit top and spandex shorts because that's what seemed comfortable. They really emphasized going by the feel of your body. It's really welcoming if you are new to these wellness protocols like me. The lighting and the space is beautiful.

From the moment you want in the door it’s a top notch experience. Everyone I met was friendly and inviting, the lounge up front was stylish and comfortable, but the real magic was in the sauna and plunge. Michael was tending the sauna, sharing the ‘why’ and the benefits, then assisting in the cold plunge with breath work and coaching. Each plunge had a slightly different temp so everyone could select their level of cold, and the cherry on top was no chlorine. Couldn’t recommend Rytual enough.

Rytual is more than just a space, it’s an experience curated with intention. The space felt like a sanctuary, you could feel the energy the moment you walked in. A place to unwind, reset and recharge. We had the opportunity to be guided through our session by Michael. He had a great way of getting us to a mindful state and reminded us to approach the next hour consciously. He is very knowledgeable and also taught us how to incorporate breathing techniques while we experience the hot and the cold. That’s not something you get often. I love Rytual and if you are looking for the best contrast therapy experience, this is it.

How do I even begin to share the amazing I had at Rytual. When you enter the space you are immediately greeted by a warm and friendly staff. The space is modern and well designed. It’s not intimidating or over the top like some spa spaces can be. You feel comfortable immediately and accepted whether you arrive in a suit or sweats and a top bun.
Did I say it’s clean! I anticipated the need to wear sandals in common areas but didn’t need as everything was spotless, dry and well maintained.
Michael led my experience and the amount of detail and passion he had was contagious. He also led a drum and chant in the sauna that was extra special. I don’t know if he does that regularly but he should!
The plunge tubs had three different temps so you could start a little warmer and work your way to colder or just stick with the higher temp, which I did because I’m not that brave, yet. They are not chlorinated and you could tell immediately the steps and expense they put into maintaining the tubs. A huge difference for your skin, lungs and overall experience not having chlorine assaulting your system.
I would and will recommend Rytual to anyone and everyone interested in cold therapy. This is now a must do activity for my friends and family that visit.

WOW! This place is wonderful. The space is beautiful, and the relaxing sounds and scents and lighting are what dreams are made of. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly and go above and beyond to explain every detail of the process and make you feel welcomed and at home. My favorite part, however, was how my body felt not only during the experience, but after. I was energized and awake the rest of the day, and woke up this morning feeling more refreshed than I think I have in years. I will absolutely be going back time and again and will be recommending it to all my friends.

This facility is absolutely gorgeous and unlike anything else in Utah! They have a huge sauna and several cold plunge tubs, which are great for both small groups and larger ones. It's immaculately clean with gorgeous lighting and soothing music - the atmosphere simply can't be beat. I slept so good after I came in for a session! I recommend Rytual to everyone!
