I love this spa! The entire staff is wonderful. I had an awful experience over a year ago getting lip injections at a different facility. It was awful! Painful, lumpy, & uneven. I was extremely hesitant to go anywhere else. I first met with Alexis to consult about removing the remaining filler and trying again. Alexis was a dream! She really wanted to make me happy and went over all she could offer. We planned to move forward with the dissolving and refilling. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and concerns.. like I said I was hesitant! Turns out I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Not only was Alexis gentle (I hardly felt a thing really!) but she gave me exactly what I wanted. I also healed so much better this time around. I only wished I had found her to begin with. I won't let anyone touch these lips besides her. If you are interested in anything cosmetic book Alexis immediately! You won't be disappointed.

Walking into this beautiful facility I was greeted so kindly by Ariel, she was very pleasant and checked me in smoothly. Then I saw Heather for my appointment, she listened very well, so helpful, gave me all the info I was searching for and more and never made me feel rushed or like I annoyed her with my many questions. She gave me advice and was so quick and kind with the procedure. When I checked out with Paige she was so sweet and helped me down load the app, she talked slow enough for me to not get left in the dust while I was multitasking. I enjoyed my interactions with each person I made contact with today. Will recommend and be back myself! Comfort is my main priority and this place made me feel like I was an old friend.

6months from my original review and let me just say I really love this facility. I received my 2nd Hydra facial from Kim today and it was so awesome! She does a wonderful job! And the facial is amazing. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I always recommend Revive when someone comments on my skin.
