I’ve been looking for a Nordic-like spa in the states and this is the place. Staff is nice and everything is very clean. I booked the Paradise Oasis and trust me the ice bath, sauna, red-light therapy was so relaxing. Some additional benefits were that the saunas had Bluetooth speakers and you can bring a guest when booking a private room. I will 100% be coming back!

We had the chance to check out Recovery Oasis for some Sauna and cold plunge therapy and it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The ambiance is calming and super clean.
I have never experienced a cold plunge before but the environment made me feel comfortable to try. I really enjoyed the combination of the sauna as well. It also had a blue tooth feature directly in the sauna which was super cool!

I did the cold plunge and am so obsessed. I was really nervous, but Allisa went over breathing techniques and just had a really calming presence. I got a tour of the facility, and want to come back for the sauna and cold plunge room?

Recovery Oasis is my one-stop-shop for all things wellness! The space itself is beautiful and the staff is absolutely wonderful. All of the rooms cater to each individual and their wellness goals/needs. My personal favorite room is the Private Oasis Suite, boasting a high-tech sauna (with bluetooth), cold plunge, and two red light panels. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a session (or two). ✨

My company worked as a vendor installing window tinting. While I was there it was impossible to notice how incredible this place it. I love cold and contrast therapy and this place has it all. Can't wait to try it out soon.
