Highly recommend if you want some knots gently worked out and not be completely sore the next day! I went for a deep tissue waiting to hold my breath because of the pain during and after but Jackie was slow and gentle working out all my problem areas. I wasn’t even sore the next day!!! I’ll definitely be back for more therapy!

Without a doubt, the absolute best massage I have ever received. I had the therapeutic massage... I have never, ever felt as relaxed as I was during my massage. This was an amazing experience. I tried the yoga class and the TMJ massage and I can't say enough about my visit. I am still healing from the Vid and Jackye was so understanding and accommodating during my yoga session. It felt good to modify where I needed to without judgment. Loved it so much I've decided to go every week!

Recharge came to the vacation rental where I was staying to provide massage services. I had a Swedish massage and Thai yoga massage, and my mother-in-law had a Swedish massage. It was her first massage and Jackie put her at ease, and provided a great massage. I enjoyed both of my massages, especially the Thai Yoga, which was a new experience for me. Jackye did an excellent job with the Thai Yoga, and was able to release muscles in my legs and back that a normal massage does not get to. I would wholeheartedly recommend both!

Not only do the Jackies provide yoga and massage, but Jackye is a personal trainer. I cannot say enough about what a great experience it has been to work with her.

Jackye is very understanding of different commitment levels to fitness and will tailor a plan that meets each clients needs. Have busy season at work? She will work with you. Disappear of the face of the planet for 6 months? She is ready when you are, with no judgment, and no guilt. She has a great way of adapting her coaching style to the needs of her clients and really working with what motivates each person individually.

Toss it eh fact that both Jackies have had full careers as emergency medical professionals, they are very knowledgeable about human physiology and really focus on addressing health and wellness from a whole body perspective.

10/10 would recommend for personal training, yoga, and massage.
