I Was there as guest but I was treated like a long time member. The gym was very friendly, well equipped and very clean. I have since become a Black Card Member and enjoy the facility almost every day. They maintain the machines and are ading some new machines. The relaxation lounge is also phenomenal. ?

I wish planet fitness would open another facility perhaps somewhere near the Publix shoppes of Avalon. There are over a thousand households in this area, sure would be nice

33 broken/unaccessible machine as of today. Worn down equipment torn seats broken pins to adjust and just overall in need of a complete remodel!! AC unit has had the gym floor flooded for week plus...

Just love to go to Planet Fitness, not to exercise but to take advantage of Black Card Membership and use their massage, relaxation & Beauty Angel equipment. It well worth the investment in membership to get so much wellness equipment to use 24/7. Kudos to Planet Fitness!

The staff are extremely friendly and you can tell the owner has been trying to make much needed improvements, but this location (possibly a summer thing) has become overrun by teenagers who are using it as a place to hang out with their friends. I wish the staff would intervene when groups of teens are standing around or sitting on the same piece of equipment for extended periods of time just to take pictures.

It hasn’t even been a month since I started going to this particular planet fitness. I’m very disappointed with half the staff that stands around the front desk. The bathrooms are disgusting and the trash cans are overflowing. There seems to never be paper towels on certain stations that are supposed to have them. I literally just watched them enforce a rule on one lady for talking on her phone while working out when the same lady that complained went around talking loud to a bunch of people. That’s called hypocrisy. People come to a gym to workout not to be humiliated and made to feel they can’t workout. Another reason for me to end my membership.

I've had the pleasure of being a black car holder for a couple of years now, and I must say, I've visited numerous clubs throughout Central Florida during that time. However, this location stands out as one of the best, if not the best, I've ever been to. The facilities are exceptionally clean, with well-maintained equipment, and the bathrooms are immaculate. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this club to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable experience. Keep up the fantastic work!
