Thank you Pause studio city for the most relaxing, clean & wonderful experience. We did 60 minute contrast therapy which was truly incredible- rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. I’ve been to over 30 sauna/cold plunges all over the world and nothing compared to this experience. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly & made the experience that much better. A special thanks to their manager Briah for helping to make this such a wonderful experience. This location also has a “social sauna” which is amazing and is not a private sauna. We also tried “float” which was a special experience. I will definitely be back. No complaints 10/10.

I had an incredible experience at Pause with their guided breathwork and contrast therapy session. The combination of cold plunge and hot sauna left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. A special shoutout to Sam, who was an amazing and encouraging instructor. Sam created such a welcoming environment, especially for beginners like myself, and made the entire experience comfortable and empowering. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and the studio is incredibly beautiful, clean, and welcoming!!

Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to improve both physical and mental health, it’s intimidating but incredibly rewarding!!

I love Pause! I frequent this spot for their saunas and leg compression, especially after traveling or a tough week. It always resets me, and I leave feeling so refreshed. Not only is the location beautiful but the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful—nothing but good vibes! A special shoutout to Mary, who always makes the process peaceful and easy. She's very informative and ensures everything goes smoothly. Highly recommend Pause for anyone looking to recharge! Plus you love being able to jam to your music while sweating it out in the sauna booth!

Such a fabulous health spa!! I tried several of the available services and thoroughly enjoyed each one! Super relaxing and a crazy amount of health benefits with each treatment. Briah and Mary were excellent hosts, knowledgeable about the treatments, and made me feel like a valued guest. Two thumbs way up for an incredible experience!

Really cool experience. My first time floating. I'm not claustrophobic so I really enjoyed being encapsulated in an all dark, completely silent space. The water did start to get a little chilly towards the end of my float experience. I would also recommend that if you have hydration issues with your hair (whether your blonde or not) use a swim cap, get your hair wet ahead of time and put a hair mask or a ton of leave in conditioner in for the float.

The staff was great, super informative and helpful. I ended up purchasing a 5 float package and will definitely be using it again after a stressful day.

Side note: they do not provide caps for your hair and you have to bring your own. They do provide earplugs.

SIgned up for the membership. During my visit I was not impressed by how the sauna since it wouldn't go past 76 Degrees. I told the staff that the service didn't meet my expectations, that I didn't want the membership, that I wanted to cancel the membership, and that I want to pay for the services i had the day of my visit.

The staff told me that the services come with the membership so there is no reason to pay and they told me to cancel the membership via email. That there was a 3 day period where I could cancel the membership and that the manager would understand.

I put in my cancelation notice via email and was told via email that it was handled.

Not only did they not refund my payment but they charged me for the next month.

Now Briah is refunding the second month they charged me, claiming there is a 30 day notice for cancelation which is only applicable after the 3 day period. She is trying to work me for the first month's membership. Scam if I ever saw one.

My boyfriend I had the best experience here! We were brought in my Mary who was so sweet and reassuring (which I needed as a nervous first time cold plunger) The facilities were so clean, we had our own room, and it felt so private! 10/10 recommend!

Best spa in the valley very clean and upscale location. Lots of different services to choose from all under one roof. Staff is very educational and friendly makes you feel at home walking through the doors. Will highly recommend to my family and friends at work
