SO PERFECT! The moment I stepped in the door, I knew I made the right choice, the office is set up so cute and everything is so clean and neat. The girls at the front were so friendly. I have never had anything "done" before...except some lash extensions years ago, so the thought of lip filler scared me. Mackenzie walked in and was so confident and informative with everything that I instantly felt at ease. I love that she did not push me to go all out on my first lip filler appt, actually she said let's start small and go from there, which I absolutely loved!! The numbing cream works crazy good, I felt maybe some tiny pinches but that's about it. 10/10 recommend! Thank you so much!

I have been going to Mackenzie for over a year now and I absolutely love her! Mackenzie is always willing to answer questions, she’s very knowledgeable, sweet, and makes you feel like family and not just another person. The office is very comfortable and the rest of her staff has always been friendly! Love Mackenzie and enjoy seeing her! You will not be disappointed go schedule an appointment with her!

I was so scared to get ny lips done but it was more the nervousness that I had because I did not feel pain at all!! Mackenzie was so nice and knew what I wanted as soon as I told her. 10/10 recommend!!

My newest NON-guilty pleasure!! I’m obsessed. I was so reluctant to go at first but SO glad I did. It is definitely an investment in yourself. Getting older obviously sucks for so many reasons but Mackenzie is amazing and explains everything is a master of her craft! And of course the shop is just so cute. I do Dysport and just tried Lip Filler for the first time and it is definitely nowhere near as scary as I thought. SO worth it! I think I’ll be a lifer here.

I just recently went in to Old Town Med spa to get filler done for my lips! This was my first time ever and I was super nervous. The procedure was surprisingly comfortable Mackenzie used a numbing agent that made the process virtually painless. She was very sweet and reassured me I wouldn’t hardly feel it ( I’m not the best with needles just for reference). My lips look natural and beautifully enhanced. I highly recommend her for anyone considering lip filler!

Old Town MedSpa is absolutely fabulous!! I’ve been going to Nicole for almost a year, she’s so thorough, knowledgeable and makes you feel refreshed. It’s always such a relaxing experience. Mackenzie does the BEST injections in the area, swear by her!! The staff is amazing, not to mention the boutique connected is the cutest, hard not to pass on! I look forward to my monthly visits ?
