Because of how comfortable the nurse made me feel when we first talked on the phone. I had never had an IV vitamin drip before and my brother had been to the MSW lounge before and loved it, however I knew nothing about it except that I felt awful and wanted to feel better. The nurse patiently walked me through the process and answered my questions without making me feel stupid.
