I have been going to Liz for years and I am consistently impressed with my experience. Every session, she takes the time to understand my needs and tailor the session accordingly. Her technique is perfect for whatever my muscles need that day. The atmosphere of the office is calm, quiet and clean. She is always on time for my appointments. I have tried many massage therapists in the area over the years and Liz is the only one I go to on a consistent basis. Can’t recommend her enough.

Liz’s work speaks for itself. She is an outstanding massage therapist! She asked about and listened attentively to all of my concerns. I almost fell asleep twice on her massage table! My muscles were noticeably more relaxed, and the tension I had been carrying melted away. This experience went beyond a regular massage! It left me feeling physically renewed.
