My husband and I found Lakeland Animal clinic from a search online. The office is so clean and the staff were so nice especially Tiffany at the front desk she had all our records from our previous veterinarian ready for our appointment today. The vet technician took her time in answering all our questions and she was so kind and gentle with our two cats, Loki and Olympus. I highly recommend Lakeland Animal Clinic to anyone who is looking for a new veterinarian. I already have another appointment with our dog for her well check up and vaccinations.

Disappointed as we paid for services we could not receive due to our Dog being excessively anxious even on Gabapentin and Trazodone. 1st dr that saw her took her to the back to do her shots which my husband and I thought that was unusual, the dr came back with molly not getting two steps in the room before she began aggressively and with a frustrated tone saying she couldn't help molly because molly is to anxious, that molly is also 10 lbs overweight … making it seem as though I over feed her and need to reward her with other things than food (I felt as if I had to defend myself) just seemed unprofessional- we bring molly back after being put on Gabapentin 1200mg within 12 hours and 600 mg of Trazodone within 12 hours - Molly still was not allowing them to take her blood they had to bribe her with food to attempt cutting nails. Not all nails got cut, nor did she get her blood work- my husband and I asked for some refund they said It wouldn't be cost effective to do so- since the way it’s broken down etc etc we left…My husband and I don’t have a history with Molly Because we took her in at 3 years old- she was in the shelter for god knows how long and then adopted out- the person who adopted her agreed to sign her over as she couldn't handle molly and neglected her - molly slept on our porch for days- we finally agreed to take her in. Molly is a sweet girl loves love but obviously has some bad memories who knows what happened to her but it is my job to make sure she is comfortable at the drs one dr was a little irritated with her another vet tech seemed skittish of molly.. and my husband and I lost money and felt disappointed so we will not be returning sadly. If you work in a Vet, you should not be afraid of the animals you are caring for they feed off of energy… I had to walk out of the room as I was sad to see how molly was acting she even came behind me to hide when I re entered the room. That said All I need to see.. I know this dog- she is not an aggressive dog but was pushed to her limit even growling at vet tech- i will not put my dog through that again. I hope others who go here have a better experience than us. Photos show you what I see everyday with her. Sweet girl.

The entire team worked well together. The clinic was exceptionally clean. Parking was a snap. Dr Ann Valdez was informative as to the wellness and treatment of my pet’s condition. Laura scheduled my pet expeditiously and was attentive to my concerns. Giulia had paperwork prepared for me to fill out upon our arrival. Monica escorted us to a private room and was courteous and kindly provided an estimated range on cost after listening to pet’s history and condition. Price was fair and treatment plan results to be determined. I would recommend their professional caring staff to family and friends. ?☘️

We bring all 3 of our cats here. They treat them with care and love. You can tell everyone here cares deeply for the babies they treat. Tremor loved her last visit.

Kota was ready for a change in vets when he turned 1 year. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, scheduling appointment was easy, we were met with a friendly smile, greeting and check in at front desk. Vet tech knowledgeable and made sure he answered any questions we had. Vet took all the time that we needed, she wasn't in a hurry to get to the next appointment. Looking forward to our next visit, they're online pharmacy is very handy as well. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with Lakeland Animal Clinic. Dr. Kyle is very insightful. She, as well as the vet techs (including Sam!) are very knowledgeable. My two cats and two dogs are “pawtients” there. We have used other clinics in the Lakeland area, and are most pleased with our ability to be worked in and affordability of Lakeland Animal Clinic.

I strongly recommend Lakeland Animal Clinic, Dr. Kyle, and her staff to others. It truly has the feel of a mom and pop shop staffed with top tier people dedicated to the care of my animals.
