An absolutely amazing experience!
Everything was well-organized, from the cute and relaxing decor, high product quality, to the professional and skilled staff. She carefully explained every step of the treatment, and even talked about day-to -day care afterwards. She recommended some good products which I am definitely going to try.
I booked the signature package (body and facial), and it included so many different things. Definitely worth the trip, even from outside of Tokyo

Amazing facial! The space is so relaxing and well thought out. The facial itself was incredible, very gentle yet effective. The esthetician clearly cares about her clients and does a very thorough job in explaining the process and customizing to your needs. I get facials regularly and this experience was one of the best. Amazing experience at KI day spa. She was so knowledgeable, and polite, and kind. I had some back issues so had to cancel my first appointment but she was able to accommodate me and reschedule. She was so gentle with my treatment and it was so great to have it tailored to my needs. My skin feels so amazing and is glowing! Her English is also excellent so I recommend this to anyone coming to Tokyo looking for a high quality facial spa experience. 10/10!

I am a skin care seeker and I have tried several treatments across the world. I can’t only say that this was the best experience and best treatment for my face. It was a combination of deep cleansing without need of making marks in your face or suctioning, but rather with the right products. In addition, with high end technology that helps the internal stimulation of collagen. Loved it! In my stay in Tokyo I came back for a body treatment as well, which left me more than relaxed.

I had THE BEST facial. I have a lot of skin concerns - from dullness to acne scars and a little pigmentation. I booked the 105 minutes session, and I’m amazed how one treatment was able to work wonders on my skin. And I have to inform than none of the treatments I got were invasive or aggressive at all. In fact, all of the masks and tools felt very rejuvenating. I’m so impressed and happy! Definitely recommend and I will definitely come back!

Best facial ever! I had a wonderful, customized session to help address post-flight skin dryness and sensitivity, complete with extra time to unwind, and delicious tea and dessert. Communicating was easy as the owner spoke fluent English, and she kindly provided skincare recommendations to help with the aforementioned issues moving forward. If you’re in Tokyo, do yourself a favor and book a session. My only regret was that I went for the 60-minute express session over the 90-minute signature experience—I didn’t want it to end! ?

One of the best experiences I've had at a spa. She is a magic worker and my skin has never been clearer. She is the sweetest and the treatment is really all inclusive. Everything is customizable to you too! She speaks amazing English as well, so it was really accessible for me! I can't say enough good things about this spa!
