This is the best health club in ALL of Florida! The experience is amazing! The benefits are real. Very clean, safe and therapeutic. Rob, Brian and Joni are the most genuine and loving people I've met in a very long time. Their attention to detail and how they make you feel like you're part of the family is incredible. I go almost everyday and recently was put off by the lack of customer service by one of the workers there named Robert

As a member, you’re entitled to one guest pass per month, when I’ve brought guests i usually encourage them to simply become a member as it’s well worth it

Today, I brought a guest and was told I had recently used my guest pass twice in the last month

I mentioned I had not brought a guest in the last two months and there must be some mistake. After some back and forth he simply mentioned I must be the one mistaken and proceeded to charge my guest for a day pass which I paid for

Given the circumstances and how often I frequent the venue I felt the whole interaction could have been handled better with a little more appreciation for a customer who has been loyal and has brought a handful of new clients to the facility.

There has a been a nit picky vibe recently from Robert at an otherwise laid back venue and this simply was the last straw for me

And while I’m a bit frustrated at this interaction and others I’ve had with this employee I do enjoy the venue immensely and recommend it highly.

This place is awesome! Unlike many similar spots you don't need to schedule exact time slots. They also have multiple options and temperatures for both the saunas and cold plunges. The facility is clean and well maintained and the owners are very friendly as well. Strongly considering getting a monthly sub soon!

Absolutely incredible place and community. Joni, Cassandra, Allie and rob are the most amazing staff. The facility is super clean and accommodating. If you’re looking for the best place to sauna and cold plunge in tampa / st. pete area look no further!! Plunges are consistently cold and CLEAN, sauna is consistently piping hot. The owners are incredible. Best spot ever! Truly a hidden gem.
