I’m giving a 2 because there are a handful of times I’ve come and had a good experience. Today was one of the worst and usually the main guy that does massage may try hard but never gets it right.
At times you will have a good experience but the last 3 times I’ve gone looking for that good experience I’ve had previously I am consistently let down.
I’ve been going for 3 years mainly because of convenience not because the service is so great.
Pressure is often off either too hard or you feel nothing at all. They used to go from foot to massage on combination but now it’s massage(pat your back and use light elbow pressure on a towel ) to foot massage with the same stroke each time not reflexology for sure and for the third time I’ve left feeling as though I didn’t even get a massage. And spending more money than I intended for a day because I have to find some where else to go. Sad to have to leave familiarity but with the constant talking smoking out the back door and leaving it open for guests to smell and the lack of ability to communicate pressure to therapists. I’m okay with leaving Highstone alone.

Hot stone couples massage was amazing. I didnt mind tipping this time because the massage was really good. The workers speak English until you have a dispute about tipping when the massage wasn't good. This massage was on point.

This 5 Star review today is for (TAYLOR) who took care of me when I have decided to leave in between the massage because of the guy who is Just using the elbow all over my body for the whole hour.
I have had all the good/bad experiences every time with the different type of therapists that are available at the time of visits. So I would Just tip them accordingly and but never thought of writing a review.

This is the second time experience with Taylor and she got very Strong Skills with her legs and hands touching all the Stress point. I strongly recommend Taylor for both Male and Female for the best professional experience.

In case if something doesn’t go right here choose your therapist and ask for him on the visit or wait or make an appointment is the best way to deal with.

I have been here several times now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the rooms are clean. I have been massaged by both men and women there and they are always very professional. Before the massage they ask the kind of pressure you want applied as well. I visit this location once a week and will continue to. Recommend!

HORRIBLE!!! Do not go by the average star rating that's for previous business owner. Called to make an apt with a female therapist, was told to just walk in. Went and waited for over 5 min to for someone to talk(?) to me. No one speaks English, so the basic communication about what I wanted takes 5 min. Told me to wait 10 min for a female therapist, kept asking me if he could do the massage even after I clearly said wanted a female therapist. Waited for 20 min more and called the person who makes appointments. She barely understands English and kept asking me the same things over and over. No apologies for the wait or inconvenince, instead she kept telling me I did not make an apt! Finally I just left after spending my time and energy, waiting from 11.20 am to 12 pm! The owner is never available to talk to, obviously does not care! I feel bad about the people working there put in such situations and the customers who suffer! It is supposed to be a relaxing experience!

Iv been coming here for about 2 years now. They just did change ownership, the old owners did not pay the bill and they lost the business. Now they have new owners. The new owners are very nice. English is good enough to get a massage, some of the old workers did massage very rough, a common complaint i know, now the new owners have let go of all the old workers and hired new ones. So the massage is now much much more relaxed now. I really enjoy going here and relaxing. Its very clean, and a nice environment. No they don't honor the old owners gift cards, who would lol. I know i would not if just bought a ran down business.

Bottom line is if u want a good massage and a relaxed one this new owner is the way to go. Im glad they changed if u ask me!!

Took my partner here for us to each get 1 hour full body massages. The massage was fine, I felt like my person was rushing the massage but it was worth the $39 I paid per person. I finished first and paid for both of us. It was $78 and I wrote down to leave a $10 tip, but the worker only put $81 in the machine. So she shorted herself on her tip. When my partner went to leave, she called us back talking about payment. She insisted that we tip her more talking about how she’s tired. I explained that I left a tip but that the other worker made a mistake. She was very rude and insistent about it and at one point typed in $20 as what he should leave. Both of us work in the service industry and rely on tips in order to make the work profitable but at no time have I ever shamed my customers on tipping or pressured them into a tip.

Needless to say we won’t be returning to this place.

They are really good at reflexology but I made a mistake of getting full body massage which was painful. I was left sore for days definitely never ever going for a massage over here
