I was at Hendricks Urgent Care over the weekend. Everyone there were very friendly and took care of me right away. The doctor was very friendly, kind and answered all my questions and concerns. Since I was from out of town she explained to me exactly what I needed to do when I got home. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility to anyone. Excellent Service!!!

We recently moved to Brownwood and have already had to visit Hendrick’s Urgent Care twice; one for an adult and the other a child. We were super impressed with them both times! From making the appointment to the follow up calls we received, it was top notch the whole time. I was equally impressed by the doctor's wide range of knowledge. Our family highly recommends!

I had gotten sick with upper respiratory in my head and was unable to get in with my doctor or his PA. I called your clinic and was immediately told I could get in the way in the lobby was less than 10 minutes and I personally was delighted to see the PA that attended me was one I had known from the past and I was very pleased seeing him he is an excellent PA . The staff Upfront and nurses were all very nice polite and professional. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

My husband was seen for a sinus infection and was only given an antibiotic and not a steroid shot too. Antibiotics are not enough for him as he is so susceptible to these types of infections. Since his visit he has only gotten worse and missed enjoying Thanksgiving because of it.
