Healthspan gets a 10/5 stars for me! I've seen a massive impact on my overall health and wellness for years now. As an ex-professional dancer, equestrian, acrobat and fitness professional, plus holding 10 years of a stressful high tech career, I've sought the best treatments to keep my body healthy and vibrant, as well as feeling and looking my best.

The staff is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and they are able to tailor the treatments to your particular body's needs (SO COOL!) The equipment is cutting edge and constantly upgrading to new tech. Ownership are the leaders in the industry, and it shows.

You can pop in for a treatment or two, or (my favorite) get a monthly membership with UNLIMITED (yes, not kidding) of all the core treatments any day of the week, all scheduled with a super easy app. They also have a hyperbaric chamber that you can schedule (at a fraction of the cost that you'd pay elsewhere) which is super cool. The benefits of all of these (I love the PEMF, red light, cryo trio!) are an incredible value. I've yet to find a spa in a big city (including LA!) that has made me feel so energetic, focused, and I get compliments all the time that I'm 10+ younger than I am. I couldn't possibly get all of this into one review - go try it and see the results!

Healthspan is an amazing resource for running recovery. I’m a big fan of the Normatech compression boots and hips, they hurt a little but definitely promote recovery. Highly recommend!!

I have known Matt, the founder and owner for many years. Not only he is knowledgeable, respectable, kind, and personable but his facility has innovative, data-evidenced equipment to improve personal health and longevity. Personally, after suffering from accidents and surgery, my experience was beyond my expectations. It has helped me recover energy levels and a vast improvement with rehabilitation. His staff members have a friendly and polite mindset and attitude to facilitate services. Very convenient appointment arrangeme and walk ins are welcome too.
