I would like to share my experience with everyone. I started my facial services in 9/24 with Taylor and I enjoy it to the fullest. Not only does she tell me what she’s doing to my skin but offer suggestions til my next appointment. The business is very clean and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

You should think twice before coming here. I got massages twice, the first one was really good but when I got it the second time I realized that even my husband gives a better massage than her. Nothing was good. And after the second massage they asked me how it went and I was really unhappy. I told them this. They only asked me the price and if I wanted to tip. They did not care about me in any way. Now 2 days ago they took money from my credit card even though I did not go there. But when I was going to become a member they did not tell me that they would charge me an additional monthly fee. They only said that if I became a member the massage would be more affordable. Now I cannot even cancel my membership. They only said that the manager would cancel it. When I read the comments written to them I learned that this has happened to many people. It is really sad. I want my money back and my membership to be canceled.

I visited this spa for a massage today and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The session was underwhelming, with the therapist barely making contact with my skin, despite her comments about how tight my muscles were. Unfortunately, she did not address any of my knots or areas of tension. The pressure was so light, it felt like a far less effective alternative to a real massage—almost like my 9-year-old could have provided more substantial pressure with marshmallows.

This used to be a fantastic spa, but it seems the quality has significantly declined. The therapist spent more time complaining about financial struggles than focusing on the treatment. While I did make sure to compensate her, the entire experience felt disheartening, especially considering I paid $130 for a massage that didn’t provide any relief or value.

It’s frustrating to spend that much money for such a lackluster service, and unfortunately, I’ll be seeking alternatives in the future.

Would give 0 stars is possible. I was a client here and signed up for the membership on my first visit. Everything was good my first time. My second visit was awful, I had the same massage therapist who rushed through the entire visit. The room smelled like mold and it just was not a pleasant experience. I called and requested to cancel my plan. I was told that Amber, the “acting” Manager would be contacting me to cancel. I received a generic email from Amber asking me if I wanted to put a freeze on my account for $10 a month instead, I replied back stating no I wanted to cancel my membership and then I received a reply from that mailbox stating it could not receive replies. I have literally been calling and asking to speak with a manager for over a month now I’ve left multiple messages with people at the front desk and every time they say they don’t have a manager they only have a general or regional manager named Amber or Novena and every time I call neither one are there and they say they’ll be in in a few hours. I call back within a few hours and then I’m told oh they already left. This has been going on to where I have been charged once twice now for memberships because no one is ever there for me to come in and sign paperwork to cancel my plan. This is clearly a scam to keep people paying, even though they don’t want to if they are going to require you to speak to a manager and fill out a cancellation request form, but then are never there for you to do so. It is tantamount to fraud. I also am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. The staff members will not provide corporate information. They say they are telling the managers directly about our phone calls so that would lead me to Think if they are in fact, leaving these messages for management that management does not care and again is doing everything to keep charging me. Have had other people call and the exact same thing. The standard answer is always. Oh they’ll be in in a few hours, but yet these few hours never happen. I should’ve listened when I saw the reviews earlier about this happening to a plethora of other customers. My next step is going to be canceling my credit card totally which I should not have to do.

Very disappointed. I booked a particular therapist, and when I arrived for my appointment I was assigned to someone else. First, they tried to say that I didn’t book a specific therapist and then claimed he called out sick. Their policy is to call and notify the customer of the change but they did not do that. I received a very mediocre service from the substitute. I should have been notified.

I had a wonderful experience with Marian!
The day of my massage my sinuses were ALL over the place. I couldn't reschedule last minute since my appointment was part of our bachelorette party activities so we were all getting massages.
Regardless, Marian did an excellent job of being accommodating, understanding, and merely focusing on my comfort level, despite all of my unique requests. She was so sweet and made it so enjoyable! I'm so happy she was my massage therapist 🙂

Impossible to freeze or cancel membership Manager in Palm Beach Gardens location makes it hard so you’re stuck!!! Not good customer service-I recommend not to sign up!!!

I went to this spa for the first time and got the classic facial, which was okay, nothing special but that is what I wanted. During the session, the esthetician suggested an extra treatment, and although I hadn't planned on it, I agreed. She mentioned that there were coupons available on Instagram, so I wouldn't have to pay the full amount. I thought that was great and thanked her. However, after the session, when I showed the online coupon to the woman at the front desk, she declined it, saying there were only a certain number of coupons available. I was speechless. Then she tried to sell me membership packages, saying she was trying to save me money. I was taken aback – she had just told me I couldn't use the coupon, but now she was trying to sell me a package and claimed she was trying to save me money? What kind of customer service is this? I explained to her that I was very disappointed with her customer service, and as a result, I am not considering becoming a member. She said, "I can't remove $40 next time, I am trying to save you money" again! So pushy. I had been considering becoming a member, but after this experience, absolutely no thank you! This experience completely ruined my relaxing spa day. What a shame.
