My wife and I were introduced to Grae Wellness through our trainer, and we are so grateful! My wife saw Tim and I saw Vanetta, who were both incredible!! They are both so knowledgeable and gave the most thoughtful and targeted massages. They really listened to our full history and issued to better assess what our needs are.it was so healing and relaxing. I went back and saw Bonnie, who was also incredible and so knowledgeable, and she partnered with Rose to give the best 4 handed massage. We will definitely be going back often, as we need to include their skilled massage therapy as part of our wellness routine. Five Stars all the way!!

You can feel the shift in energy as soon as you walk in. NYC life can be stressful and when you walk into this establishment it is such a beautiful reminder that it is OK to slow down, enjoy, love, and be still. I had the most enjoyable and relaxing experience where I felt truly taken care of. As a nurse for almost 15 years who takes care of patients and empties her cup daily to pour into others, I can honestly say it is an amazing feeling to feel the same reciprocated back with genuine love. Highly recommend this place. I became a member after my first session.

Grae Wellness is the perfect space for holistic healing, relaxation, and great energy. Tim and his staff is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. And they’ll even offer you coffee, tea, and snacks. (The owner has his very own coffee brand and it delicious). Down the hall is a beautifully curated lounge space where a variety of classes and events happen, it’s so comfortable you can even take a nap. I recommend everyone to make their way down to Grae Wellness and see for yourself. They are also running a Mothers Day special. Go get your rest and relaxation! 5 stars!

I truly enjoy every session I have here. Tim, Bonnie, Damsel, and Star have provided exceptional service and support. I feel like I am really in the process of healing with the different services I continue to book. On Sunday, November 19, 2023 I received THE MOST AMAZING Luxe Facial from Bonnie at Grae Wellness. As part of the Luxe service, I was not only able to indulge in a revitalizing facial, but I also received a wonderful foot massage AND relaxed in a detoxifying crystal lined sauna bed. Oh my, it was magical! At the end, my face felt smooth and refreshed and my entire body felt renewed! If you're able to splurge a little on yourself, I would highly recommend this treatment!
